Is it so hard to believe that Koko actually preferred the freak of nature big man who moves like a guard?

I don't think so. I'm going to take his words at face value and not assume he's making things up.

I mean, what else do you expect him to say at this point?
Not lie.
So if he actually wanted Doncic, for example, you'd rather he come out and say it now?
Did you read the article? If he really preferred Doncic to Ayton I wouldn't want him to say that Ayton was the "unanimous" pick.
So even if he preferred Doncic, when asked if Ayton was the unanimous pick, you expected him to answer it as "Everyone except me wanted Ayton so not quite unanimous, but close"?

https://twitter.com/RadioTimNBA/status/1012288708110966785 Any idea what it's going to be? Espo was also hinting that the first move of free agency is going to be this morning.

They put big in quotes. So I am assuming it isn't what we think.

Saw some hinting around at a trade for the Suns that would indicate Lebron's decision, and tied to people wanting expiring deals next summer (Dudley, Tyson).

Trade scenarios on twitter right now:

Phx sending the Milwaukee pick to the Lakers for Ball, who are then sending the Milwaukee pick to the Spurs in a Kawhi deal.

Phx sending Chandler to Houston for Ryan Anderson.

Could it be a trade with Alan "Big Sauce" Williams?

I thought we (.net) decided not to acquire Anderson? Too much money for a player in decline?

Ill be honest, I would be excited to have Ball on the team, warts and all.

I don't mind Lonzo, it's the Lavar circus that worries me.

The Lakers trading Lonzo Ball to the Suns is about the most improbable of scenarios I can come up with.

I don't know who would be coming to Phoenix, but my best guess would be Chandler and/or Williams going out with the Suns taking on more long term salary attached to a quality asset.

Some interesting posts to wake up too. Lol.

I feel like it just bunch of rando talk. Until I see something from a more well known source I’m not gonna hold my breath.

Based on this and that Tim guy, my guess would be a trade with Cleveland around Kevin Love (a “Big” coming here), involving expiring contracts and future picks, signaling them entering into rebuild and letting James go.

Make it Warren, Chriss and Dudley please, with the Mil pick and our own (heavily protected), and JUST Kevin coming here. II think Cleveland would want to dump JR Smith or Clarkson on us, and then I would counter with swapping Thompson for Chandler and Daniels (throw in) and lowering the protections on our pick (Top 4, just in case the ping pong balls smile at us again)
