Easy to get excited about these picks, and on paper at least, it's an "A" draft for us. We didn't address the PG position but we added some really nice length, athleticism and skill on the wing and in the frontcourt. Really encouraging that our FO knew what the roster needed and addressed it. Got established, college veterans who can presumably come in and contribute sooner than later. We looked old, slow, unathletic and small against the Wolves so I'm glad we at least worked the draft to try and solve that rather than relying on older vets on minimums or deadline deals.

Tough to see why Bridges didn't even get drafted. He's older and doesn't create much offense on his own, but he's got that ideal 3-D skillset which works since we don't need another guy who needs the ball in his hands. Very good off the ball, moving and shooting off screens, 6-8 with a 6-10 wingspan and can guard the perimeter and some smallball 4s. Another durable player, plays a lot of minutes, 41% from 3 last season and 80% from the line. Hope he works out for us. Always jealous of teams like the Pels who have Herb Jones and Trey Murphy on the wing, hopefully we can have our version of that again now around Book.

The funniest thing about Bronny is that it's better to go undrafted, like Bridges allegedly preferred.

I guess LeBron strongarming the Lakers is a factor, but if not for a special circumstance, being a late 2nd round pick isn't ideal for the prospect.

Bob Myers is saying Rich Paul is telling teams not to draft Bronny or else he'll play in Australia next season if they draft him.
I wish someone would do it to just give rich Paul the finger.
Bron, Bronny, and Rich Paul can all go get fucked. Nepotism at it's finest. Look forward to rooting against Bron even more now and Bronny for whatever little pathetic career he has. Fuck em.
Couldn’t care less about the nepotism. What’s the problem. He runs his life, you run yours. And I don’t like LeBron, but who cares. If you have a problem with it, it’s probably more about you than him. I don’t even understand why you care.
And why do you care if dyj cares?

Ya in this case I think it was all for show…better to go undrafted to pick where you end up..Bronny still got to pick where he ended up. But now he will always get to say he got drafted into the nba.

Can someone explain the Spurs Pacers pick swap in the second round please? Did the Spurs get like a few hundred thousand in cash for their troubles or something?

I like the videos put out by this user; he tries to capture the best and worst plays from a specific game:

I suppose this is the Kyle Filipowski smoking gun. Click through and read the thread. Pretty weird situation and I think he's definitely a first round talent.

I've watched enough of Ware to feel like he'd be a wasted pick. Not much motor or work ethic. Not a winner. Not a ton of BBIQ. Was outscored 59-16 in the two matchups against Zach Edey this year. He's just another Marquisse Chris.
It's interesting that Heat Culture is in on him.

Some quick googling has taught me the exhibit-10 clause is basically an incentive for players to remain in the organization with their g-league team instead of signing with another team abroad.

Seems as though he was. Unfortunate.
