I still can't believe we have paid this bum full salary to sit at home on his ass. I get that we want to broadcast that we're nice to players and so on, but the guy openly trashes our team every chance he gets! And he's the one choosing to sit! We aren't forcing him to sit out or forcing him to be traded or whatever. I don't think paying Jae's salary is buying us any good will with players around the league. I think it just makes us look weak. And our inability to find any trade for him for all these months makes our FO look incompetent.

Why are the Wiz trading Hachimura? I guess they have a logjam at the 4 with him, Porzingis, and Kuzma? But wouldn't you think they would just let 1-2 of the other guys leave and/or trade them instead? Do they really want to keep Porzingis instead?

You don’t let talent leave for nothing to relieve the logjam. You trade for other assets that help. Rui and or Porzingis should be flipped to round out their roster at other positions or for picks or upcoming players on team friendly deals. I doubt trade with them as we mostly have wings to offer or picks we don’t want to give up.

They should attach some picks, that's the best way to get rid of assets. -James Jones.
