Yea I think it's the order we do things that will allow for more capspace.

Either way, I think we're gonna be underwhelmed with the roster heading into next season.
Wonderful! We need some yang to my ying.

It does kinda feel like we are building towards this.
Uh, oh. Yang taking over as usual...

Rubio/Tyler Johnson/Okobo
Booker/Culver/Melton
Oubre/Bridges/Cheatham
Horford/Vonleh/Clarke
Ayton/Holmes/Bender

This is a team that should very much make the playoffs, imo. If it stays relatively healthy, there should be no excuses anymore. Balanced roster, tons of talent, no need to force minutes on the rookies, plenty of depth and vets. We've improved weakside defense next to Ayton, improved the ball handling and passing, improved the shooting and rebounding, improved the bench and improved the vet leaders
I was with you until Horford. We’re not getting him as he won’t be made available to us.
It's a pipe dream, even though he's a UFA now and could jump on a higher salary for years. Even without him, Vonleh and Clarke would be a huge upgrade at PF.

Welp, there goes my prediction. Is this guy for real? A broadcaster in ATL? He might have connects to the Hawks who have been trying to move up and gave him some info, but everything coming out of NOLA is that Holiday is a guy they're keeping. The Knicks scheduled a last minute workout with Garland which led some to speculate Barrett may not be there when they pick.

I think you could very well be right. I like my pass first PGs that can shoot too. (We used to have a guy called Nash that was pretty good.)
Yeah, I recall. I think we need to move on from dreaming about him. It's been 7 years since he was in a Suns uni.

But it could make all your dreams come true... then we find out the players are Bridges and TJ and in addition to #6 we give up our pick in 2021, too.

I'll miss Bridges but I'd still do it.

Bridges, TJ, and two first round picks? Really?

I think realistically it would be the TJs.

Oh yeah, definitely.

I don’t value the 6th pick at all for us. This draft is junk at our positions of need for the future.

I would protect the future pick, maybe top 8.

You wouldn’t?

I’d prefer TJ, JJ, #6 and the future first.

It’s all hypothetical anyway. It’s not going to happen.

My head says that Bridges, Warren and #6 for Jrue is fair, but my heart says that it's a bad idea.

If only Josh Jackson had a sliver of value.

I think with the number of attainable, reliable PGs out there, Bridges, Warren, and #6 is an overpay for Jrue at this point. If he was somehow the final piece that would put us in discussion for a championship, sure, but I don't think we're at that point.

Bridges isn’t going anywhere. They love that dude. Ideally I want to hold onto #6 as well to be used with the inevitable trade deadline deal of TyJo. I think the player we select will be combined with Tyler, the Bucks pick, and maybe a future first for a significant player.
