I don’t believe until I see it. While I can’t deny CP3 heat seems real, I’m still not confident that it’s gonna happen. If cam is apart of the deal then a wing at 10 makes sense and it wouldn’t be surprised if we found out Gallinari already has some deal with PHX in place already. I would also hope okc will also add some decent 1st rounders seeing how they have 100 over the next 3 years. I have to check if that’s true but I know close to that number.

Yep, just looked it up, OKC has 103 first rounders over the next 2 years. So that’s even better than what I thought.

I LOVE Cam and his jumper. Would be really disappointed if we gave him up without getting someone or something back. We'd need to keep Kelly and the 10th and take a shooter in Cam's place if he's part of the deal.

Yeah, agree with you guys. Don't like Cam being in the deal. OKC is dumping an enormous amount of salary. We shouldn't be sending them very many valuable pieces in return to be honest.
Flex was on Solar Panel this week. I don't know who he is. Seemed like a rando to me.

Fuck no. They better not trade Cam Johnson. For 2 years at $40 million a fucking year for a 36 year old point guard?!?

A point guard that was a all-star and 2nd team all NBA last year, and a top 5 point guard in NBA history when it’s all said and done. The money sucks, I get it, but it’s only 2 years.

My understanding is that he was a frequent guest.

The salaries don't match with Cam instead of Oubre.
I want to believe James Jones isn't dumb enough to trade Rubio, Oubre and Cam for Chris Paul.

Agreed. I get OKC needs something more than cap relief, but Cam is a ton to give up all things considered. No deal if it comes down to it. They can have a future protected 1stR, though.

True, but it might be possible to say pick up the Kaminsky option and add that Cam, Ty, and Okobo. That might be about the same. I haven’t checked to see though.

I have to think that if they are trading Cam it’s because they are getting a big fish in Free Agency like Gallinari. Not saying that getting Gallinari makes it okay to trade Cam but I could see James Jones justifying it if he knows he’s coming.
But like I said before, I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m not trying to jump to conclusions on something we don’t know is happening yet. I’m still skeptical about all this.

I'd still rather have Cam than Gallo. And I'd rather have Cam and OKC's later pick than the 10th if that were a possibility.

The Gallo thing is a real curve ball, but I don't have the time to figure out how the numbers would work.
I'm not totally against bringing in Paul with Gallo at the cost of Cam while keeping Oubre and a decent first round pick. My main hesitation has more to do with the tempo that suit Paul and Gallo. The Suns should be running a lot with a big athletic guy like Ayton, and I'd be afraid that two slow tempo guys could really put the offense in a tough spot.

Not sure how Gallo would fit salary wise.
And yeah, I really don't like the idea of giving up Cam. He fits the scheme of surrounding our stars with 3 and D types, and Cam is a lot of the first, and a bit of the second.
Also, with CP3's $40m salary, you need a lot of players on rookie salary to stay competitive. He just eats up too much cap space otherwise.

If Gallinari is coming, not saying he is, but I’d assume it’s some sort of sweat heart deal. I’ve read few betting odds with us being the favorite to get him but this is all speculation.
