He also had his eulogy at his funeral done by Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. Democrats are just more sneaky in their racism now, just expecting minority votes without actually helping them live a better life. In fact the '94 Crime Bill that Joe Biden wrote did more damage to the black families than anything, and here is his kid documenting breaking the same laws he wrote and locked many young black fathers up for for years.

The funniest thing is that the first and only one I've ever seen in the wild was broken down on the side of the road as I drove into Vegas earlier this year.

I've seen two of the trucks here in Seattle. They're ugly to me, but I'm sure I'm biased because I now strongly dislike Elon Musk and all his various companies. But to each his own.

I love the Tesla car designs, especially the sleeker wider ones (don’t know the model names) but the truck is just hideous. They really needed to let it bake a bit more.

They like being different. I am not sure how much of Musk is in all these different products he’s got going on. I wonder if there is a good book that chronicle's his life and his rise to power. I would like to know how much and what kind of input he had in all his companies. Did he just buy PayPal, an EV car company, a solar roof company and corresponding solar battery company, a space rocket company that delivers NASA astronauts and satellites that he also builds and a company trying to connect the human mind to a computer directly because he was rich and wanted toys? Or did he build them from the ground up using his vision? I don’t know. He can be seriously out there and say and do the wrong things at the wrong time. There is no denying his impact on the world. They say there’s a fine line between genius and insanity.

So, obviously I don't like Elon Musk, so that biases my opinion on this. But can somebody explain to me why exactly it makes sense for Tesla to pay him $56 billion? That is an absolutely staggering amount of money. Is it because they think they have to pay him that much or else he'll leave the company? Is he really worth that much? That is, like, years and years and years worth of profits for the company. Can Elon really be worth that much to them? Why not just vote "no" and keep their $56 billion? Are the board of Tesla just a bunch of Elon's friends voting to hook up their guy? Or what?

I envision big corporations like political party’s. Musk is Trump to Tesla. Don’t mess with him or you are unemployed in a heartbeat.

Edit: How much is Musk worth? For that I compare to music. I am a local musician and get paid say $200 by a bar to entertain their guests who watch me for free. When someone like say Lady Gaga plays, she plays at a concert venue for a lot more people that are willing to dish out a lot more money just to see her play. Professional sports? Come on…

How much is someone worth? As much as someone is willing to pay them.

It's because he came onto the company as it was essentially losing money and turned them into a huge company. They set what was thought unrealistic goals and then he met them, while making everyone and every shareholder a ton of money. It was absolutely worth it. Maybe these would help explain it.

So wild seeing the guy complaining about the situation of the average Joe campaigning for why Musk should get 56 billion.

Why wouldn't I? If you made a deal like that, and everyone benefited from, why would your agreement not be upheld?

Aw, the trickle down effect. Give one guy a bunch of money and he will spend it helping his fellow human being by selling them things his employees made.

Were they obligated to pay him that bonus because of a previous contract? I just don't see why you would ever voluntarily give away $56 billion, especially for a leader whose work has come under question in recent years. In what way is he worth that much to them?

I have no idea what his actual worth is. I have no idea what he actually contributes to any of his companies. I don’t feel qualified to even make a comment about it.

Did you not read and watch the posts that I provided? These questions you have, are all answered in the videos attached.

It's hard to verify stories about social media content being blocked. But it looks like this thread that tried to expose some of Ted Cruz's rich donors got blocked by the platform. And they have every right to do that if they want to, but I just want to point it out as an example of how the new Twitter isn't a haven of free speech for all, it's just a right-wing platform that is sympathetic to Republicans and conservatives.

That's concerning.
