Why are the Wiz trading Hachimura? I guess they have a logjam at the 4 with him, Porzingis, and Kuzma? But wouldn't you think they would just let 1-2 of the other guys leave and/or trade them instead? Do they really want to keep Porzingis instead?
He's easily the second best Center in the East this season. There's an argument he's been third best in the whole league depending on how you feel about Sabonis and Davis.
Edit: Forgot about Bam. Move the Zinger down a spot, IMO. Point is, he's been great.

I'm willing to do Jae + Shamet + protected 1st for OG.
Masai Ujiri would block both of your numbers.
Why? Is OG his son?

Not sure it would matter.
OG is really good and I think they have him valued at an All-Star level.
Really? That's kind of wild, since he's never even had a league average or above PER in his career. Can JJ value Shamet, Jae and the protected 1st as potential All-Star levels too?

He's a lock for 1st team All-Defense if he remains healthy.
Think about it like this. How would you react to Toronto offering Thaddeus Young, Malachi Flynn and a protected 1st round pick for Mikal Bridges?
That's basically what you're offering for OG.
I’ll also add that PER isn’t accurately capturing his impact because Nurse runs his players into the ground.

It's a compelling argument, but OG has played in 20 less games in 1 more year than Mikal, and Mikal has had a year where he was above average PER. I agree that PER doesn't most accurately capture impact though. Also, Mikal has played more minutes than OG this season too, but we're not talking about Monty running his players into the ground, so I don't know how that computes to help OG.

It's a waste of time to split hairs over who is better between Mikal and OG, but that's my point, they're very similar in talent level so neither will be traded for spare parts.

You're right. I'm sure that OG isn't even on the table unless you can offer something that they can't refuse. He's valued in Toronto, probably in the same way that Mikal is in Phoenix.

Heat are hot for Jae. Supposedly have a standing offer of DRob.
The Heat have also had ongoing interest in Suns forward Jae Crowder, who is sitting out the season as he awaits a trade.
“They have a standing offer to the Suns, as I understand it,” one Eastern Conference executive told Heavy Sports. “Phoenix wants to bring things closer to the deadline, to see if someone gets desperate, to see if they could do better or get Miami to add a pick. The Heat are going to do something big, and adding Crowder is probably the starting point, like the least thing they would do.”
The Suns earlier rejected an offer of Robinson for Crowder, and that is not likely to have changed. Martin, then, would be the most likely candidate to head to Phoenix, and center Dewayne Dedmon could be added to make the salaries work and keep Miami under the luxury tax.
