Re: Biden 2024

Sorry, In2. I won't be feeding into your lies and misinformation. You are an excellent representation of your party. Congrats.
You were lied to over and over by your party, but I'm misinformation? Is this a parody account? I told you Biden wouldn't be on the ballot.
I'm glad you got one thing right. I truly am. That was necessary due his age-related, rapidly diminishing mental faculties in the last six months.
I am frustrated that the Biden campaign weren't forthcoming about the advanced state of his degradation. They limited his appearances and his media access so it was harder to assess his state.
The party and their propoganda voice, the media, misled people for the past 4 years. It just took the debate to stop denying it. Hence why they decided to do a debate so early, so they could expose it with plausible time to replace him with the candidate of their choosing and not decided by the primary. Sounds pretty Autocratic. The same party that fixed the primary and bully people so he had no challenger. The same party that fixed the Primary against Bernie Sanders. Who directs the media to exactly what questions it can ask in an interview.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 5:24 pmI am frustrated that the Biden campaign weren't forthcoming about the advanced state of his degradation. But you seem to be saying that this is a sign that the Democratic political party is crooked or full of lies. I think the overall situation actually shows evidence of a healthy party. A small group of people in Biden's inner circle misled the rest of the party and country about the candidate, but the debate unmasked that he was incapable of being reelected. Once this became clear, the party pretty rapidly coalesced around demanding that he step aside. And so he did. Now we're going to nominate a more appropriate candidate who has the support of the party and is mentally healthy and qualified for the job.
By contrast, the Republican party has failed to evict its candidate who has committed multiple crimes and violated all sorts of principles and tests of character. He has instead hijacked the party and made himself its king and demigod. And they love it. I don't think this is a sign of a healthy party. I don't know what the GOP is going to do once Trump is gone or unable to campaign any more. He *is* the party, and the party is him. He might still win the 2024 election, but this is not how a healthy normal political party behaves.
How about when they didn't or when they have to create crimes to prosecute?
 I don't think your words accurately describe what Trump did. If he didn't commit crimes and they were "created," I'm sure he'll be able to defend himself well in court. Oh wait, he got convicted of 34 felonies. And the only way he got out of the classified docs case (which was a strong case) is because a judge he appointed threw the whole case out on a bogus technicality.
Oh wait, he wasn't even allowed to present evidence or experts in this.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2024 8:06 am:shrug: I don't think your words accurately describe what Trump did. https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-b ... 7236056289Trump's defense team wants to call election law expert Brad Smith to testify about federal campaign finance law. But the judge ruled this morning that allowing Smith to testify expansively on that topic would supplant the judge's role to determine what the law is.
Merchan did not block Trump from calling Smith, a former member of the Federal Election Commission. But the judge said he’d be restricted to the basics of the FEC and to “general definitions and terms” in campaign finance law, like what counts as a contribution or expenditure.
Trump’s defense wants Smith to testify about the FEC’s policy that expenses that exist “irrespective” of a candidacy are not deemed to be campaign expenditures — evidently as part of an argument that the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels wasn’t campaign-related under federal law.
LMAO. Oh wait, you are serious? You think that Trump can out debate Harris? Based on what? Is he going to attack her age or other things he attacked Biden about? He can't attack Biden's son or anything else they've used to attack Biden. And let's face it, Biden has lost the mental capacity to out debate Trump or most anyone else, sadly.In2ition wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 3:58 pmLmao. She hasn't even got the nomination yet. At the very minimum, she'll be the center of media attention for a while, and she'll have a chance to make her case to the public. We'll see how it goes. I think she has some strengths and some weaknesses as a candidate. She's a good speaker, but in the past she's had a bad habit of seeming phony or saying things that don't seem well thought through. I think she's seemed strong lately, so I hold out some hope that she has learned some lessons from her rough 2020 Presidential primary campaign. We shall see.In2ition wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 12:09 pmI was never worried, tbh. I believe the Dems will get trounced in November up and down the ticket overall. Not everyone will lose, but it could be quite significant.
Get ready for “ The Savior” and all the hype coming… I’m sure the polls will have whoever this nominee is to be leading Trump by double digits.
I'm hoping if the Dems do some kind of "blast primary" process, that she's the nominee who comes out, and that it isn't a bloodbath that ends up hurting her and the other candidates. I hope she is the nominee and picks wisely for VP, a partner who can solidify her ticket and reassure voters that the Dem ticket is the sensible one.
Very interesting few weeks coming up.
I know right and especially considering this is from the same guy who dropped this…AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2024 2:33 pmLMAO. Oh wait, you are serious? You have a lot of nerve being such a high and mighty asshole to think the convicted felon and dude with multiple sexual assaults on his rap sheet will out debate, especially with the whole "LMAO. Oh wait, you are serious" blurb. Glad you're so confident. I think you're sadly mistaken though and it's no longer some sort of guarantee that your dude, the guy who can do NO WRONG, is going to win. It's a joke that you can't even be critical of the guy you seem to worship, along with my dad and mom and all of the other MAGA folks. Note that I haven't, nor have many of us (or other Democrats that I know personally) found Biden to be free of mistake, the best candidate and some sort of great POTUS. It's a shame you and other Republicans will blindly go forward and follow their dude, no matter what the f*ck he does.
The irony.
But would Mexico pay for it?Superbone wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2024 6:06 pmThis is wild. Trump wanted to build a moat with alligators and snakes to protect our border, LOL.

What I got out of this was you got in your feelings, called me some names(against the rules of decorum here, think I'm passive aggressive, and seem to have a strained relationship with your own parents. Did I get that right?AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2024 2:33 pmLMAO. Oh wait, you are serious? You think that Trump can out debate Harris? Based on what?
