The 76ers forcing the Spurs to pay Manu $14M this season is kind of funny.
Also, Terrence Jones had to settle for a one-year deal? In NOLA of all places?

I saw somebody tweet that, while the cost of a top FA went way up this summer, the cost of a "replacement-level player" remained pretty constant. There were still several minimum or low-cost deals that I liked for various teams. That Felton deal is a great bargain.

4/52 = 10 per? Averages 13. Probably starts somewhere around 11.5.
