A lot of clips today showing why he thinks Dragan will be a terrific defender.
They are going overboard, imo, with their, "he has Gobert and Draymond type defensive impact potential".

Ring_Wanted wrote:Woah, finally some pro Mike D back surfacing (besides JWB and myself, if I may). Nice to see.
It was a whole lot more fun talking about what Mike could have done better so that we could have advanced to the NBA finals. We were relevant.
Now this clown we have as coach gets a free ride for tanking with no accountability. It just appears to be another day in the office after a loss. I am really tired of the culture BS and his lecture about life during every interview. He needs to shut his yap and coach basketball. That's right this coaching thing is not his gig, he is the boss. So he hires some no name old croney to do his job. We might not only have the worst head coach but possibly the worst assistant coaching staff in the NBA. At some point his followers we wake up
see him for what he is.
If anyone does not like my comments about Wooden, too bad.
D'Antoni has received much worse after bringing exciting and winning basketball to the valley of the Suns. The phony claims about what Watson has accomplished makes me want to throw up.
As Ring said - nice to see some of you coming out of the closet.
Let's Go Rockets - yeah - if you haven't checked them out the are pretty fun to watch and they win a lot of games - I think MDA is also the coach of that team

That was a little much. I think he can be a taller, less athletic Kirilenko on D.

JWB, I'm with you in that I was and still am a MDA fan and a fan of his offensive genius. I wish he was coaching the Suns now and would love to see what he would do with this team, but even more so a better, more experienced team finished with the rebuild. I could see him turn this team around and make it unbelievably fun again to watch Suns basketball. Unfortunately, that is not going to happen anytime soon. I just hope that Watson is just pulling a fast one on all of us and is actually an unbelievable coach.

Been lauding Bender's defensive ability since day one. That alone should have given him playing time over any other PF on this roster (although I agree witn In2 on Draymon and Gobert; that's nuts projection).

Not sure I want Mike D back, but he did have a system. Any way we can get Kerr?

I'm sure he is itching to leave his championship team, possibly best team in NBA history, in a progressive and healthy organization to come back to the boss who underpaid, undermined, and meddled with his work. Get on the phone, Bobby $aver!

In a way, Kerr owes a lot to Bobby. If he hadn't pushed him out with undesirable work conditions, he would never have landed as the head coach of the champion Warriors.
I wonder what kind of relationship these two UofA grads have today.

Getting rid of a couple colors? Out of purple, orange, white, black, and gray, which two can you eliminate?

Purple and orange. The new jerseys will be black and gray with white piping.

How about black and purple with white piping?
Works for me.

Gotta love the late 60's. It gave the world Star Trek, The Prisoner, men on the moon, the Suns, and me.

Never heard of it. I'll check it out.

I made my appearance about 5 years before.

Yeah, it's kind of hidden away on TBS. Very funny show. Just started its 2nd season.
