1975-76 to 1979-80 is my favorite Suns era, and it's hard for me to believe the ages of some of my favorite Suns - Paul Westphal (65), Alvan Adams (61), Gar Heard (67), Ron Lee (63), Walter Davis (61), Ricky Sobers (63), Curtis Perry (67), Dick Van Arsdale (73!). Not to mention the coaches - John MacLeod (78), Al Bianchi (84).

Wasn't it just a few years ago that Pat Riley (71) was considered the young, dapper coach of the Lakers?

I'm 36 but feel much older than when I was, say, 28. Not looking forward to 40. I don't even have kids yet, but probably will start that journey in the next year or two.

Don't worry. It's going to be great! :) I had my first kid when I was 30. Now they are both in college. I couldn't be more proud of them. Life is a journey. Enjoy the ride! You have nothing to worry about.

Great memories, Bobster! I still remember watching game 5 in my parents' house with long red shag carpeting on the floor and jumping up and down in excitement when Heard hit the shot to send the game to triple overtime.

I'm watching the Sunderella Suns documentary on Suns.com right now and it is great. I owned the Suns' record album that is featured.

1976 throwbacks?

Nope! Shitty gray sleeved uniforms!

And the Suns are doing their part to make them look like the classic Celtics.

Booker has had some big time moves during this stretch. Like legit All-Star moves.
