Bad news. It doesn't look like Bender is playing. He hasn't been warming up with the guys. Just sitting on the bench with a different shirt on.

I'm fine with that. I definitely would like us to win the whole thing with him, but obviously it's not as important as keeping him healthy. Any word on his leg injury yesterday? He also fell pretty hard a few games ago and was favoring his back so he might be a little banged up.

I will say I think we could've done more with him, giving him more time at the 4 or even 5 and getting him looks inside. Overall though, he's a player. It's on us to mold him.

It'll be interesting to watch how we use Chriss and Bender together. Bender is more versatile and plays naturally on the perimeter but I think in today's game he's a prototype 4. He can play the 3 and I think as he gets older he could evolve into a 5. The issue, or blessing, is that I think Chriss may only be a 4. He could evolve into a 5 but he's definitely not a 3 at this point and I don't think has the game for it. Not a bad problem to have I guess, just hope we can make it work.

This SL team is more fun to watch than our real team last season.

Practice starts tomorrow so I think he's probably otw out there today.

Sad but true.

I feel like they have each others backs more then most summer league teams I have seen. That last block is an example.

It will be interesting to see if we bring anyone. I like several lol.

They are well coached and have great chemistry on the bench.

There are more guys I like on this team than we can possibly keep.
