I ... wish I were 7 feet tall, Australian, and had Steven for a first name instead of a middle name.

That is so much money for Adams. Wow. I think they have to keep him, so I don't think they are wrong to give it to him. They can't hemorrhage any more talent.

Not to be that guy, but Adams is a New Zealander, not Australian. (It's a bit like calling a Canadian an American)

No worries, and thanks again for all the work you do putting up the news threads. Much appreciated.

So has anybody else watched much of the Warriors? I know it's fashionable to point to the first 40 games or so of the Miami big three and say that they will figure it out, but their defense looks completely listless and their rim protection is basically 0. Sure KD and Green get their share of the blocks, but these are really not guys you fear crashing into the basket unless there's another massive human being who looks mean and plays dirty ready to throw you to the ground.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this. It just seems like they aren't all there mentally.

Also feels like Curry is deferring to Durant right now.

Clue Flight of the Concords. Let's all go flip the bird at the Australian embassy together.

Completely agree that they lack the mental edge they had last season. Also, their role players aren't as good this year. But I will be surprised if they aren't in the finals again.

I've seen a few scouts/writers say it but the loss of Bogut may end up really costing them. He only played about 20mpg but set the tone defensively and moved the ball. Pachulia's a solid backup at this point, but isn't scaring anyone in the paint.

Ilyasova gone in a salary dump? They must really like Sabonis.

Sounds like they could use a guy named Tyson Chandler. Flip him for Iggy.

I think it is silly that he is getting as much as Gobert. I think Gobert is significantly better than him. I don't think you can give Steven Adams more than $18 million a year.

Harden with 41 points (on 20 shots), 15 assists (1 Turnover!) and 7 rebounds tonight. People putting up video game numbers these days.
