Happy New Year's Eve everyone! The Jazz is especially tough at home and they now have George Hill back.

It's kind of funny about Booker. We're all complaining about him this year and yet:
Booker has averaged 20.4 points over his last seven games and is scoring 18.8 points per game for the whole season. It is the most by a second-year Phoenix player since Amar'e Stoudemire averaged 20.6 points per game in the 2003-04 season.
Go Suns!!!

I didn't really believe in the Jazz before the season started, but they have been very fiesty. You get the sense that they are about 1-2 years away from being really scary. They will probably be the team nobody wants to play in the 1st round of the playoffs.

I don't like them as a matchup for us because Gobert is such a nasty rim protector. That means lots of long iso 2-point jumpers, which probably equals a bad loss.

The main weakness I see in the Jazz is closing out games. So maybe if we keep it close down to the last few minutes, we will have a chance against them. Not that I want us to win, of course. Just give me some minutes for Bender and Ulis and I'll be a happy boy.

If the Jazz can move Favors for something useful to them they could make a lot of noise in the playoffs. To bad we don't have anything useful to send them. I doubt they'd want Knight.

Nice to see Booker hitting his jumpers after his recent struggles.

It is so painful to watch. Most of his shots are bad ones he could get at any point. Instead he goes to them as the first option with like 20 seconds left on the clock.

So frustrating.
