Game Day: Hawks (10-26) @ Suns (14-24), Tues 1/2/18

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP
Our first game of 2018 is against our biggest competitor for the #1 pick in the 2018 NBA draft, the Atlanta Hawks. We most likely win this one and increase the distance between us. But then we play the next night up in the mile high city which is a tough turnaround game.
Go Suns!!!

What's going on with Monroe? Do we already have a trade in place?

I thought about the Monroe thing today also, this is a back to back as you mentioned so if he doesn't play tomorrow clearly that would mean it is just a matter of time on the buyout

Lots and lots of Booker / Chriss pick and roll to start this one.

Jesus he is still working himself into shape? Do they really want to keep talking about that?

Anne, talking about Chriss:
I think he got in the weight room, and was also eating a lot of snacks.

I like how they blame the former coaching staff. I mean I blame Watson for a lot of things but do you really need to tell a professional athlete to not get fat and lazy during the off season?

It's not overblown. He made no improvements in the offseason. His only growth was his waistline. That's telling of his inner motivation to be great.
Yeah he's back into shape now, but he should have entered SL in great shape.

I don't disagree with that and I was just as annoyed as anyone else with how painful it was watching him in SL especially with the complaining to refs. Overblown maybe wasn't the right word but it is as you said past news now.
I can understand it coming back up during the offseason as something to pay attention to because it surely would be a really badd look on his part (no pun intended) lol if he does it again but as for the balance of this season it is a moot point is all I'm saying.
As for the game , we all look totally out of sync tonight. getting worked over

yea strange, he's just sitting there on the bench. I hope after the game we don't get a "was because of a team violation" story

I think we were playing bad and triano went back to Booker early. Hopefully that's all it was
