Is that all he said? You can't praise an opposing player.

Letter of the Law. Can't mention another player by name. I get it and it should be enforced. But there's so much behind the scenes tampering going on that it's all really a joke anyways. It's all about relationships. Players and coaches (former players), players and execs (former agents, former players, former coaches), agents and coaches (former players), agents and FO execs (former players, former agents). There's no way to enforce any of that.

We lose tonight and we're 1/2 game out of first in the tank standings

Although if we win, we'd be in 8th. The bottom (top) 8 is crazy tight tight now.

I'm not saying it's a crime against humanity, but it is ridiculous. Magic literally said Giannis would lead the MILWAUKEE BUCKS to a championship. That's a pretty crappy job at "directly or indirectly, (i) entice, induce, persuade, or attempt to entice, induce or persuade, any Player who is under contract to, or whose exclusive negotiating rights are held by, any other Member of the Association to enter into negotiations for or relating to his services or negotiate or contract for such services or (ii) otherwise interfere with any such employer-employee relationship (or prospective employer-employee relationship in the case of a Player subject to exclusive negotiating rights) of any other Member of the Association."

FYI the Suns are now predicted to be tied to have the worst record in the NBA. And if the Suns are to make it there with 26 wins, they'd be the best "worst team" in the NBA in many, many seasons.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/20 ... edictions/

That's not a bad place to be this season. Notwithstanding the garbage articles about "worst team in the NBA".

Man, people don't even want to play with LeBron on the ALL-STAR team! All kidding aside that is awful news. (Frantically searches for wood to knock on for our own single franchise piece.)

Who takes Porzingis spot? Simmons? Middleton? Kemba?

As much as I love Porzingis, I predicted his size would lead to health problems. Guys his size with his speed and style of play tend to get hurt. Really sucks for him and I hope for better health when he returns. Hope this isn't the start to a "what could have been" career story.
