Time: 5:00 pm AZ (5:00 pm PT / 8:00 pm ET)
Place: FedExForum, Memphis, TN
TV: FSA+/NBALP

It's a battle of the bottom feeders. Unfortunately, our best player is out and our prized rookie may not play either.

Go Suns!!!

I'm so depressed right now that I don't want to guess what's going to happen. At this moment I won't even care about a win against memphis. This team needs to play some solid 6-7 games to change my mood.

I was watching the Kings and Wizards going at it tonight. That game was just going back and forth the whole way with nobody ever pulling way ahead. The Kings won in the end. I think we just need to play some other mediocre teams to feel better about ourselves again. We lost to 3 pretty darn good teams.

I wish we had our players for this game. It feels like all of the games we lost were to playoff teams, teams that "should" have beaten us. Warriors? Nuggets? Lakers? All decent teams. I am not ready to give up on these guys yet. But if we have no Booker AND no Ayton, it could be a rough game even against the Grizz.

Sometimes you’re the windshield and sometimes you’re the bug.

And the Grizzlies have something we don't...a point guard.

I wish I could bet a fair bit on this game but the online bookmaker I use doesn't even have it listed, most likely because of Booker's injury status.

I think we all saw it coming even in preseason. All the indications were there, I just did not want to admit that we were pretty bad and now reality hits hard without mercy.

I don't think I can bear another grisly blowout.

Saddest 10/10 I've given in a while.

This should be a gritty battle.
Maybe not compared to Miami-NY from the Alonzo Mourning days gritty but our Modern NBA version of that.
Memphis scored 92 or less in 3 of their first 4 games, a crazy stat in a league where teams average 113 ppg so far, and I'm sure they will try to keep the pace low again tonight.
So then it's a matter of hustle.
Because that was something that was completely nonexistent vs LA I think the Suns will try to make up for it in that department tonight. They'll also try to over-compensate for Booker being out, which makes me think it will be a relatively low scoring but very competitive game.

Hot take: Josh Jackson is the second coming of Archie Goodwin. Only difference is one of them was the fourth overall pick so people are more patient

Ryan Anderson is the worst player to put on a Suns jersey in a while

That’s a bold claim. We’ve had some of the worst in the league in recent years.

Yes we have.

Ariza and Jackson are mad about that claim tonight and trying to prove they are worthy as well
