Apparently LeBron is healthy again but he's sitting out one more game because it's the Suns.

That's OK. We probably don't have Ayton, Holmes, and Melton.

Totally the same as having LeBron James on the shelf.

I am sending as much bad karma to LA as I can muster.

Another lousy 14-2 start for the Lakers then 8 straight for Suns to close the gap to 14-10.

Holmes > Acy

Probably didn't need to be stated. But yeah. It's a nice upgrade.

Lakers doubling Booker every time he gets the ball.

This has been one of the worst defensive efforts of the year.

Which is saying a lot!

Yup. Terry with his first basket. Suns with a whopping 44 points with less than 2 minutes to go in the half.

Not a bad debut by Terry. Suns lucky to only be down 12 at the half.

It's a great thing they are without LeBron! That team is already loaded as it is. Fortunate to keep it so close against such talent.

It's so surreal seeing Michael Beasley playing somewhat meaningful minutes in a 2019 NBA game.

And we thought it couldn't get worse than last season. Some of us started to believe, myself included, that we turned a corner during that 4-game win streak.

Meanwhile, Doncic had a 30+ point triple double tonight and his team, with less talent than ours, barely lost by 3 to one of the best teams in the NBA.

Imagine if we could be watching that kind of generational talent, night in and night out? Paired with his old coach?

Cursed with the #1 pick and going with the "consensus" choice. It's too bad we couldn't have got the 2nd pick and had a team worth watching. I've officially jumped the plank and conceded in Doncic and believe this team has no chance to succeed for some time.

Every season as of late, there is a breaking point. I've given this season longer than the past few because I actually had hope getting the #1 pick was going to do something for our franchise. Even create a glimmer of hope, knowing we'd struggle, but see improvement and growth. This is my "I give up" point. Not going to watch them anymore this season. Will casually check a box score from time to time.

Pathetic. We must be masochists to continue to pour time into this garbage.
