Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: Phoenix Suns Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP
Chris Paul's former team comes to town to play the Suns. SGA will be looking to show Paul how far he's come while Lu Dort will want to show The Valley how far he's come along as well. Suns will be in their second game without Booker since he suffered the hamstring injury in the closing minutes of their first OT loss to the Nuggets and they will be looking to get back onto the winning track.
Go Suns!!!

Low-key big game here. If we lose this one, we are all the way down to .500 and fallen into the "mediocre" category out West. Our hot early start begins to look like a fluke. I hope they pull out this win so the guys keep their confidence. Hoping for another big game from Ayton and also from Bridges. And I bet Paul will play hard against his previous team.

I couldn't agree more. IMO we are in a 10 game stretch that defines this half of the season. We should be 7-3 or better in this stretch. So far, we are 0-2.

Is it safe to assume all PPD games will be made up in the 2nd half of the schedule they haven't released yet? Or do you think they may cancel them depending on how many each team has?
Just curious because we should have played 25% of the season already, and we are barely above .500. (That assumes our win% held true in those 3 missed games--yeah cap I know you can't win half of 3 games

) We really need to go on a prolonged winning streak...

I have no idea how or when they make up the games. Feels like Memphis has had all of their games postponed at this point while the Knicks of all teams haven't missed any IINM.

If CP3 continues to play the CP3 offense (cross halfcourt at 16 seconds, dribble for 5 more) we will be looking at. .500 team all year. When and if he decides to welcome himself to this era of NBA basketball, we can be great.

So, 7-1 in the next 8? I'll take it.

Oh, and I'm looking for a bounce back game from Cam Payne. He was really quiet against the Nuggets.

OKC doesn't possess a murderer's row of talent in the paint.
I hope to hell Ayton has a big game.

What about Saric? Is he available yet? What have we got from him so far. 2-3 games?

Still in covid protocol. Haven't heard if he caught it or not.

Nope. And they said he is likely out a week, meaning no Devin tomorrow. I think he will be listed as "doubtful" before he is ready to play, and he is still listed as "out."

with Al back that means Roby comes off the bench and he's been playing well. I was actually hoping he started so DA might maybe get him into foul trouble as he's undersized. His mobility might be an issue for Frank....
I figure Mikal gonna check SGA so will be fun to watch that showdown. SGA really has a knack for getting to the rim so going against Mikal's length should be an interesting matchup. I just like to see young players doing their thing so I have peeped quite a few of their games to see him and Bazley development. Lou Dort jumper also looks much improved from the playoff bubble.
not sure if we're sticking with the big wing lineup as OKC kinda small and that 23pt performance from the bench was rough so will have to see if Monty makes a change. I don't feel like we are an overrated team trending in the wrong direction because of those close defeats so looking forward to a good game and paying attention to my usual "zero hesitation Mikal, off the dribble Cam and swag Payne" to help me enjoy the game.
