Thanks for the great threads, Split T. Nicely done.
Super interesting how well both Philly and Denver are playing lately. I wrote off both teams because they both just didn't have enough around their talented centers. But maybe they're both proving me wrong. We swept Denver last year in the playoffs, but I would rather avoid them if at all possible. I don't like the prospect of having to stop MVP Jokic for 7 games.

Denver looks like they are headed for the 4/5 matchup, which would put us against them in round 2. If they drop to 6 or jump to 3, they’d have to go through GS before meeting us in the conference finals.
I’d be more worried about facing Denver, with Murray back, than Utah. Give me that mess in round 2 haha

We only had to stop him for 4 games last season.

Is it just me, or does this look like it could be Landry Shamet's kid?

Wow. Remember when we all wanted Dinwiddie? He has fallen off the NBA landscape.

Don’t suppose we can swoop in somehow. Could be disruptive obviously.

Dude. His teammates don't want him there. No thanks.

Sure and that’s very interesting. But I don’t think a team like ours have a chance to get a talent like him otherwise. There is a chance that our positive culture can contain whatever his damage might be and he would be a depth piece if not more. He’s a very intelligent person but I’d love to find out what’s led to this locker room rift in DC.

He’s not that good anymore. Pass.

Hard pass on Dinwiddie, he’s got essentially the same contract as Eric Gordon and is substantially worse as a basketball player.

I think Dinwiddie eventually will be OK, some guys take a bit longer to get back into sync.
But he's not for Phoenix ... if the Suns get somebody for the second half, that/those player(s) need to be instant plug-and-play.

I like Dinwiddie's game and he was a guy a lot of people wanted here just a few seasons ago. He's had injuries tho and hasn't been the same player so far. That Wizards team doesn't strike me as the most mature and I read there were some vets who may not have wanted to listen to him when he spoke up early in the year. Not sure it's all on him, especially given it's the Wizards.

Sixers 122 - Grizzlies 119 in OT
Impressive on many levels
Embiid finally took a maintenance day after playing the last 20-21 games which only had in 2 back to backs but again it's Embiid so that's surprising. Avgs were something crazy like 34 n 11 over that stretch. Just insert Drummond last night who goes off for 16, 23, 2stls and 3blks smh lol, wow along with Maxey balling out and they beat one of the hottest teams in the league

I had to google the Timothy Chalamet looking dude the last time we played OKC. His percentages aren't great but he's getting a lot of paying time/opportunities because of how bad OKC is.

Yep. He said when he first got there he tried to be a veteran voice in the locker room, and he was told it wasn't appreciated. I would expect him to play a lot better in a non-dysfunctional program.
