Round 2: Fight! Getting this up early as the game is in less than 24 hours. Tempers flared after the final buzzer yesterday. Will that boil over into Round 2 or are the Suns too beat up and thin to respond? I'm actually hoping that Booker is held out and lets his hamstring issue recover fully.

Bad luck having to face these guys twice in a row. Suns could have used a few more games to get Book healthy and get used to having CP3 back.
I look at the last week and I find myself worried that there are just too many teams that would be a bad playoff matchup for us. Pelicans, Warriors, Grizzlies, maybe even Lakers. We seem to do well against the Nuggets, but we haven't really faced them at full strength. It just feels like we'll be out in the second round in the best-case scenario this year unless we make some major changes.

As for tonight's game, I hope if nothing else, the Suns don't let the Pels beat them the same way they did last time. Put somebody beefy on Zion; Ayton seems like the best choice, followed by maybe Wainwright. Lock Bridges on McCollum like glue. I want to see whether guys like Devonte Graham and Larry Nance can beat us.

God I really hope we win. The media are being babies about the CP/Zion thing & I badly want to shove it in their face. There was a huge article in our paper today saying this is a new rivalry etc.

Interesting…I wonder if Saric will be on Zion or Jonás…as others mentioned, I’d like to see Ish on Zion. That might be something that works.

With Booker out, it's going to be tough. Ayton needs another big game, and CP needs to step up tonight.

Defense will be the big issue. We won’t win if we don’t slow them down.

It’s silly to have Ish on the roster if you’re not going to at least try him on Zion.

This will be a good game for the narratives.

Starting Dario for Book is just silly.

Going to be interesting to see how we are without Book, I could see it getting ugly.
I’m okay with losing in these regular season games to them as long as in the end we will be a top 4 seed still and beat the Pels in the playoffs

Those thee 1point losses hopefully won't hurt us later on.

At the very least, he could knock Zion out of the air onto his ass. This is something that saucy and I are in total agreement on.

Good 1st Q, we’ll see if we can keep up the offense. Good stuff from Ayton and Mikal so far

Good 1st quarter. A lot of ball movement, looking to DA inside, Mikal's active and hitting shots, and we adjusted defensively sending doubles at the right times and making them take tough shots. Shamet in ahead of Okogie and ineffective, Okogie gets in and gets to the line off a drive then has a nice steal off a Zion pass in transition and kicks it out to Lee for a 3.

Landale…yeesh. Missing easy shots.
Back up center becoming problem.
