Game Day: Cavaliers (25-15) @ Suns (20-20), Sun 1/8/23

Time: 6:00 pm AZ (5:00 pm PT/8:00 pm ET)
Place: Footprint Center, Phoenix, AZ
TV: BSAZ, NBALP
Suns sure don’t have very good vision for a 20-20 team. The Suns have lost five in a row for the second time this season. Worse is that they’ve lost 8 out of the last 9. Things aren’t getting any easier either. The Suns lost Paul in their last outing. The beat up Suns take on the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday evening.

This whole game is questionable.
Suns should just forfeit every game til Booker is healthy.

Come on. That would be too easy on us fans. We need to suffer. How about another game where we lead all the way until the end? That should suffice.

Any coach should be able to win with bench players 8-13. And why isn't Ayton a superstar? That's on coach too.

Seriously, though. Why are we not signing a guard to a 10-day? we’re missing our starting backcourt and our backup PG.

It feels like something funny is up tied to the new ownership transition.

I don't think ownership has much to do with it. I think we have a tight knit group and aren't going to just bring in a rando just because he's a guard. They're either going to bring in someone they're familiar with who they think can help or go with what they've got.

A 10 day though just seems like a no brainer. Just get another body in there. There’s very little downside

When I said that perhaps they aren't allowed to make any roster moves at all right now, I wasn't including 10-day contracts. But maybe??? I can't think of any other explanation, but it sure doesn't seem possible, since we're literally only talking 10 days.

I thought Saric did really well as a starter a few games ago. I approve.
