Talent-wise, maybe the 3-4 players we got make up for Ayton.
Attitude-wise, it’s unquestionably an improvement.

I voted "downgrade" in terms of talent and upside. But I acknowledge that in terms of personality, fit, attitude, and overall team chemistry, it may end up being an upgrade.

Best prospect since Oden. LOL.
Will the Portland center curse strike Ayton? He might be the fourth-most talented one they’ve had, behind Walton, Oden, and Bowie.

Like I said, it’s also about roster balance. Even if Allen turns out to be a decent player for us, he was unnecessary. We didn’t need another shooter.
We needed a center. A center who can run and be the defensive anchor in Vogel’s system. Nurkic is a terrible fit, like I’ve been saying, I couldn’t believe that was the word the Suns used to try to sell it.
