Woohoo, another game! Say Bone, did we decide that we are going to start doing weekly threads this week or next? Trying to remember whether we're behind on it. I can make the thread and spreadsheet if so.

Funny that the league is cracking down on players taking games off and then schedules B2Bs in the preseason. I wonder how much our main guys play tonight and if they play tomorrow at all.

My guess is they won't play tomorrow at all, since there's not another preseason game scheduled until Thursday at Portland.

Ugh, I know, right? What’s the off-season, 3 months? You mean they couldn’t extend the calendar 2 weeks to avoid this or lessen the season? I’m not a fan of lessening but I’m even more irritated by load management. As a fan who wants to see all the stars playing, this makes buying a ticket less likely given it would cost a family of 4 at least $280, if you parked for free and didn’t get any concessions. Probably $400 with parking and concessions. I typically try to do the fan packages when they’d run them that were a decent deal but been a while since I’ve done that. Regardless that’s a lot of money to see KD in street clothes. Now if they load managed on a road game… I could care less.

Well teams schedule their own preseason games so if they have a b2b, they scheduled it themselves.

I made the last comment suggesting that maybe we have one preseason games thread and then start the weekly threads during the season. But nobody followed up.

Yeah, Shel you can make the game thread for tomorrow but I'm going to wait until their next game on Thursday.

I'll be watching the DBacks tomorrow.

I'm eager to see the lineups. There's a good chance Vogel starts someone other than Okogie just to see how the lineup works. If Okogie does start, maybe the starting lineup is set already.

I feel like Okogie is the starter. He's one of the rare holdovers from last season and gives us a little bit of continuity. Plus, he works his ass off. I'll be surprised if he's not starting tonight.

Brendan Malone was a great coach, apple didn't fall far from the tree.

That's sad. My condolences to the Malone family. If he coaches tonight it will be with a heavy heart.
