I looked it up. The only thing on it I found is a swimmers wife gave a gender reveal of her child she is expecting at the competition with a sign. I found nothing on a gender reveal competition. There was a posting of how this Olympics is trying to make the number of male and females athletes the same.

I am so confused right now. I can't tell if Nodack is joking or he just truly didn't get the joke?

I don’t even know what that means. Gender reveal competition? A competition to reveal your gender? Sounds like a bunch of flashers.
You've never heard of a gender reveal party?

Where they announce the baby’s gender.? The post made it sound like it was some official sport in the Olympics. I was confused.

It was just a joke…all the clay pigeons in the shooting competitions are pink when you shoot them

Dang, had to explain it. Poor Nodack. I was really hoping that he was joking.

I have enjoyed some of the badass athletes who have instantly become memes. The gun shooting people, the Asian gal and then this guy from Turkey, both are getting a real cult following, haha. The guy from Turkey looks like he just walked in off the street and beat everybody.

I watched the USA Women’s vs Belgium. Quite a different game than the Japan one. Japan was quick and small. Belgium was big and wide. They were very physical. I thought the refs let a lot of stuff go. Lots of USA turnovers when an aggressive double team turns into a mauling. Towards the end the Belgium crowd was booing every call against them. The coach got a T complaining about a call. Replay showed a very clear hold. The ice on the cake was when USA was running out the clock and I don’t know her name but, she was forced to heave up an extra long three pointer that was all net. She put her finger to her mouth telling the Belgium crowd Shhhhh… Awesome!

When the seeding is determined by not only record, but point differential, you'll get things like that. Where it doesn't end with the bench and both teams are playing to the end.

NBA should adopt it…it’s better basketball when the game always matters

I'm surprised more NBA players don't play handball when they retire. Seems like such a cake walk of a sport to play after coming from basketball.

On second thought... DA could never play handball since you'd have to have hands to catch the ball.
