I know we can’t aggregate contracts to trade for a single player, so no 2 for 1 trades but can we do a 2 for 2 player swap as long as the money matches??? I keep seeing mixed things on it.

Just have to be separate trades. So two 1 for 1 trades and both have to work.

Hey, look at the bright side. At least we get to wallow in this losing streak the rest of the week at least until Friday. But you know what, so do the players.

No worries, everybody. The team knows what the problem is and all will be fixed. Just have to play 48 minutes is all. No need to panic. Our spirits may be low but at least the team is still in high spirits. I'm glad they are enjoying the process while we all suffer.

It's all the same stuff as last season. They all know what the issues are, things are looking great in practice and they're going to figure it out.

Ugh…. Even most tv shows know to change the script from season to season.

Insanity was giving a supermax to a guy with a PF handle.

From this week's ESPN Power Rankings:
"Phoenix averages just 15.3 points in the paint, which puts it 27th in the league. The stat is damning for a few reasons, starting with the clear lack of offensive firepower the team gets from centers Jusuf Nurkic, Mason Plumlee and Oso Ighodaro. And perhaps the most alarming issue is that the Suns rely heavily on Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal's jump shots to generate points, which ultimately makes them easier to defend if they don't diversify their shot locations."

Everyone wanted more 3s because that was going to solve the problem.

I just looked at all the on/off numbers…Booker really is having a bad season. He’s -7….Not surprisingly KD leads the team at +8. Other positives are Royce +5, Plumlee +4, Morris and Oso +6, and Dunn +1. Beal and Nurk are -6. Tyus is -4, Grayson -3.
Can we try a Morris/Royce/Dunn/KD/Oso lineup?

Also, of our 5 most used lineups, we have 3 really bad net ratings and 2 really good net ratings…interestingly enough, the two good ones are the starting lineup with Beal replaced by Royce and Dunn. So maybe we need to revisit the starting lineup. The starting lineup has a -14 net rating in nearly 100 minutes.

The 3s are helping. We are shooting significantly more and making them at basically the same percentage. Problem is we have made small drops elsewhere(lower 2p%, less fta, less OREB).
Defense is the bigger problem to me. Offense is down this year compared to last year across the nba(we still have an above average offense), so our drop in efficiency is partially expected. However, that should mean our defense should be better, but it’s significantly worse. We have gone from a defense .7 points per 100 possessions better than average last year to one 2.3 points per 100 possessions worse than average.
That’s the biggest reason KD, Royce, and Oso have great on/off numbers. We are good defensively when they play…we are atrocious when they don’t.

Correct. It's better than shooting a bunch of long twos but isn't THE solution to everything.
