The Sporting News is at least a legit publication, but they lost credibility when they cited Evan Sidery as their source. Was this article written by AI? I might have to put The Sporting News in the same trash heap as Business Insider.

Ha I was light on Suns news stories and Sidery had that tweet yesterday. I do think the Heat will revisit a KD trade so nothing really news breaking there.

Oh sorry. Didn't mean to criticize you linking the article. I meant to go off on sporting news; not you. . I greatly appreciate you making the thread.

All good, didn't take it as any criticism.

Was an impressive display.
And one of the few and far between highlights of a high-loss season.

Kleen's on the mark here. We need some control over his next couple of years.

Man, look at all of those complete scrubs playing with Book there. Alex Len, Tyler Ulis, fat ass Jared Dudley. No wonder Book had to score 70.

It was an amazing game, but I do think my fondness for it is diminished a bit by the fact that they were clearly just chasing Booker points by the end. By the time Book had about 50-52 points the game was long since decided, and they were fouling and just giving Booker the ball to run up his score.

I remember watching that game with my parents and cheering every Book score even though it meant nothing.

I believe we got within single digits at one point. So, I applaud it.

Due to 2nd apron, we can only give him a vet min, which by definition can only be two years…so this year and next.

Would the Celts move Brown for KD? They also have some mid sized contracts to work with in Holiday, White and KP. New ownership may be looking to move off of longterm contracts, especially Brown's?

Boston as a 2nd apron team is tricky…easiest way to do it would be before 7/1 when Tatum’s new deal kicks in. If you wait till next cap year, they are way over the 2nd apron. If they do it this year, they could pull it off by dumping Pritchard.

Deal would probably be Pritchard to a 3rd team that can absorb the contract(for a 1st?), reroute that 1st with Jaylen Brown and maybe another 1st to Phoenix for KD.

It’s kinda similar to the Butler deal tbh
