I was already getting sick of those guys before I read that.
Kieff, at least, should be easy to trade.

Sounds like more than a little scuffle.
Got to give Suns PR some credit for keeping it out of the news until after our game on national TV.

Marcus beat a guy down really really really bad. Keiff stopped the people who were around it and made sure no one recorded it and somehow made sure no one would snitch to the cops. The guy was rushed to the hospital. Suns found out about it right after our last game (Monday night). MoBros tried to pay the guy off (On Tuesday) so he wouldnt talk to the media and wouldnt file a police report. I dont know if he took the payoff as the media now knows. He might have turned them down because he didnt like their offer and figured he could make more $$$$ in a lawsuit. If he goes that route, a police report will have to be filed. He might have taken their hush-money and the story leaked to the media anyways, i knew about it for a few days now, along with some other people as well.
Thats about all i can say. Damn near everything that Sunsoholic has said has been correct. I dont know about the guy being from Philly and connection to the twins mom though, as that wasnt told to me.

Man this doesn't look good for the twins at all. With this, the trade deadline, and all the media being in town for the Super Bowl it looks like we are in for plenty of drama.
Thanks for the info Kerrsed.

Thanks Kerrsed. Always good to have some inside info.
If I had to guess, Marcus is going to spend some time in jail, while Kieff is looking OK (i.e. sticking up for his brother). I wonder if the Suns should just ship Marcus out as a bad contract and keep Kieff in town. Butthurt? Well, boys -- you shouldn't have effed up like this. Lesson taught, lesson learned.

What is it about getting paid millions to play a game that makes it so difficult not to commit felonies and be a danger to the community?

Yeah, the guy confirmed the payoff plan and is now backtracking on the "mom" part.

What I heard from multiple people is that the guy that got beat up was from Philly and tried to get Keef + Mook's mom pregnant for $$$
Just saw this -- this is like the craziest shit I've heard in three decades following sports. Trying to knock up their mom for cash? Even if it is word of mouth and not true, this is just crazy. I wonder how that puts some context on Marcus's admittedly bad behavior. If that were my mom...I just might go a bit crazy too.

Like i said before, i dont believe that part at all, and he has back-tracked on the authenticity of that part.

I wonder how Kieff persuaded people to not report it at the scene. Kieff could easily end up in as much trouble as his brother.
The front office talked up the twins a lot this off season. They really seemed excited to have them under contract. I can't imagine what they are thinking now. It is like one thing after another with them.

Thanks, Kerrsed. Simply unbelievable and probably shouldn't be believed.

On the court, Markieff has fully lived up to the billing with that automatic contested mid-range jumper. Off the court...wow. Just wow. They should separate the brothers as simply punishment. And Marcus could easily spend time in jail.

I am a big supporter of the Morris Brothers and think they get too much hate on this board but if this true then they have to go. This type of shit is beyond unacceptable. If this turns out to just be a simple altercation then that wouldn't be so bad but if Marcus really did beat the shit out of somebody so bad that he had to be hospitalized, that's fucked up. And if Markieff did nothing beside just to make sure no one would record it or tell the police and then try to pay the dude off then that is even more fucked up and they have to go. I don't care if we get just a 2nd rounder they have get the fuck out now.

On the bright side (for those who find his 5M so unreasonable), if Marcus goes to jail (and maybe even regardless depending on the circumstances) the Suns could void his contract under the morality clause.

Well I think now we can all agree that Kieff isn't our most valuable trade asset. :p (See the twins are working hard to unite the phx-sun.net posters)
I wonder if the Suns were considering moving the twins before this.
