Dang, the Suns had to give up a good asset.

So we had to move 32 just to get rid of him...yikes. Doesn’t look good for a Jackson trade. At least we took back no salary. Now have about 21 million in cap space.

So ... Giving up a player and a pick for nothing but cash and cap relief? THAT'S SO SARVER!!! Bobby Saver saves some bucks, yet again. And we get worse.

That #32 pick was actually a decently valuable asset. Wish we could have made it a future 2nd rounder rather than this year's.

Let’s see what they do with the money. If they spend it on Randle and a Pg (Malcolm Brogdon, not Corey Joseph), I’m okay.

Randle is going to get a lot more than we were paying TJ, and he doesn't solve any of our PF needs besides rebounding.

He is a stretch 4 that also helps with rebounding. He absolutely fits the bill. People that assume he can’t hit the 3 did not watch him this year.

A good front office would have gotten an asset for TJ Warren, not had to give up an asset to give him away. TJ is flawed but is an 18+ ppg scorer on a super cheap steal of a contract. Multiple teams were interested. And we have to throw in one of our picks to get rid of him for nothing? Stupid.

This is a bad omen for how the new Suns regime is going to do business going forward.

I don’t know if you’re being sarcastic, but in my defense I thought this was going to be a bigger trade. If I knew we just dumped him and had to attach 32, I wouldn’t have created a new thread.

Hopefully it is cap space for a good player that doesn’t disappear every year.
