I was living in LA in the late 80’s. The one on the west coast. The guy in the apartment next to me was a HUGE Laker fan. He knew I was a Suns fan and when the Suns and the Lakers met in the playoffs he talked some serious smack. After one of the Suns wins, I can’t remember now, I posted a “Suns Win!” poster on his door. I waited for him to come home from work and heard him walk up the stairs. When he got to the top he yelled out “F-CK YOU!”.

I just grinned ear to ear. I’ll never forget that. I hope to feel that again.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

We already beat one overrated LA team. Time to take out the other one.

Somebody please post that great cartoon pic of the Suns reaper visiting each Pacific division team, with the Lakers next.

Ehh... after the 3 games we lost, I don't have a good feeling about this one. Lakers are a VERY good team defensively, and LeBron is matched up against our weakest position (PF). Maybe if Saric and Kaminsky are on fire, but otherwise this will probably look a lot like the Heat game.

I'm a bit scared of this game, because Lebron always roasts us, and so does AD. Basically we have a problem defending superstars. They could each go off for 40+ against us. We'll just have to limit the other players and score lots of points of our own.

You’re talking about history. The only superstars we’ve faced this season are Kawhi and Kyrie, and we beat both of them handily.

Sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if Baynes is in foul trouble all night. That means more Frank. If he doesn't turn into Games 1-3 Frank, we are going to be in a tough spot. But I am looking forward to the challenge.

Yeah, I am not sure what is wrong with your expectations for this game. It will be tough, and their best player is going against our weakest position. We need to be hot, especially from the front court to slow them down.

I love it! It's totally fitting too for the whole "Plan".

Nothing is wrong with his expectations. I'm honestly in the same boat with most of what he said. We may not have enough fouls to go around for their athletic bigs and I can assure you, they will be getting the calls and putting our bigs in fouls trouble early and often.

My only concern about the game is that the Lakers will be out for blood after their loss to Toronto. Both Lebron and AD played poorly in that game, and both will have a chip on the shoulder tonight.
