Love seeing Ayton try to throw that down on Porzingis, even if he missed

36 point lead, 8 minutes left, timeout Mavs. Smells like the Carlisle is waving the white flag.

Just checked the box score - 48 points in the third quarter 😳
I don’t often watch full replays but may make an exception for this one!

And of course the bench is playing like s*** in garbage time.
What makes you say that?

I think Jevon Carter can be solid role player on a winning team...you just can't ask him to be the primary ball-handler or run an offense. I hope Monty sticks with the Jerome-Carter pairing.

And I really hope that Jerome keeps figuring things out. We really need that pick to NOT be a miss.

Really nice game from the whole team tonight.

Mavs fans will say that Dallas just had an off night on the second of back to backs. And that's fair. But this Suns team is not a team that you can beat on an off night.

A couple of things that bode well for the future:
Ty Jerome stringing together a couple of good games. He seems to have found his NBA pace.
Booker and Ayton compliment each other well. When Ayton goes off, it opens up the court for Booker, instead of taking up his spots on the floor. They are really moving well together.
The starting lineup played well together and Saric played well as the backup 5. Maybe we see more lineups like that going forward.

Ayton looked pretty good tonight. Liked the spin moves on Portzingis and the hook shots.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

It would really be criminal if Booker wasn't named an All Star.

Wow! What a game! I wish they could save some of those points for the next couple of games. I know Dallas was tired but, that was a real ass kicking.

Ayton was having an unbelievable game. EJ was talking about how DA has good games when he isn’t in foul trouble at about 1:45 left in the second quarter. DA had only one foul so it was set up perfect. As soon as EJ says that DA picks up two ticky tack fouls before the half.

The bench did suck the first time they came in. We went with the three guard lineup of Ty, Tyler and Carter. We had a big lead and they let the Mavs back in it. They redeemed themselves in the second half and then some.

Booker is just an unbelievable player that we are lucky to have. Booker and Ayton hot at the same time is lethal.

Doncic, Harden, Booker, Lillard, and Westbrook. Seems pretty obvious.

Much needed win, as the team slowly slides out of playoff contention.
