Joe Biden had more dead people on his mail in ballots than Resident Evil...lol
Re: 2020 Election Thread
Mostly. The mostly part is because the election system in this country is not 'fair' as it was built to support slave-owners and give them more votes than non-slave-owners. That still exists today with the electoral college.bIGDRAWLS0072 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 08, 2020 2:58 amDo you truly believe in your heart and soul that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump in a fair election is my question to all of you?
So do I believe that Biden won more than 270 electoral votes? Yes.
Do I believe that Biden has more than 7M more votes than Trump? Yes.
The 'conspiracy' that people are sharing on line is crazy. They want people to believe that there is a national conspiracy amongst Republican led states by both governors and secretaries of state and other high ranking officials to instill their political rival as president. And they were smart enough to do this in just the exact counties that would put him over the top. But also lose a ton of state seats, house seats, and senate seats in those same municipalities. It makes no sense. And every judge that takes a look at it agrees it has no merit. So I guess you to add a ton of GOP appointed judges, including Trump appointees, to that list of people in on the conspiracy.

Re: 2020 Election Thread
Excerpt from a recent POLITICO article (Dec. 4)
President Donald Trump and his legal allies earned a platinum sombrero Friday, striking out five times in a matter of hours in states pivotal to the president’s push to overturn the election results — and losing a sixth in Minnesota for good measure.
It was another harsh milestone in a monthlong run of legal futility, accompanied by sharp rebukes from county, state and federal judges who continue to express shock at the Trump team’s effort to simply scrap the results of an election he lost. Several of the most devastating opinions, both Friday and in recent weeks, have come from conservative judges and, in some federal cases, Trump appointees.
The losses included a rejection in Wisconsin from the state Supreme Court, where the majority was gobsmacked at the effort by a conservative group to invalidate the entire election without any compelling evidence of voter fraud or misconduct.
“The relief being sought by the petitioners is the most dramatic invocation of judicial power I have ever seen,” said Brian Hagedorn, a conservative elected justice, in a concurring opinion. “Judicial acquiescence to such entreaties built on so flimsy a foundation would do indelible damage to every future election. Once the door is opened to judicial invalidation of presidential election results, it will be awfully hard to close that door again. This is a dangerous path we are being asked to tread.”
An Arizona county judge, similarly, tossed a suit brought by state GOP chair Kelli Ward. "The court finds no misconduct, no fraud and no effect on the outcome of the election." Ward has vowed to appeal that ruling.
A Nevada judge issued a point-by-point rejection of every claim lodged by the Trump team, emphasizing that the facts they presented were sparse and unpersuasive. Carson City District Judge James Russell’s opinion repeatedly emphasized their case would not have succeeded “under any standard of proof.”
In one of the most prominent cases — a suit in Georgia brought by controversial lawyers Sidney Powell and Lin Wood — a federal appeals court dismissed an appeal seeking to expand a restraining order a district court judge issued Sunday barring any alterations to voting machines in three Georgia counties.
A unanimous three-judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the appeal without even hearing oral arguments from the litigants.
Judge Andrew Brasher, a Trump appointee, suggested the appeal was a strategic mistake because the lower-court judge was on the verge of holding a hearing that might have resulted in Powell and Wood being able to designate experts to inspect voting machines in some Georgia counties.
In Michigan, a state appeals court tossed an effort by the Trump campaign to block certification of Michigan’s results. The judges who issued the 2-1 ruling noted that while the Trump lawyers delayed their latest round of filings for weeks, the state had gone ahead and certified the election, making the legal challenge moot.
In Minnesota, a state Biden won easily but that had been on Trump’s radar ahead of Nov. 3, the state Supreme Court rejected Republicans’ proposal for a full statewide recount and chided them for failing to serve their complaint on the county officials they called out in their filings.
And Trump allies' losing streak continued Saturday when the Atlanta-based 11th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a suit brought by Wood over absentee ballots and recount procedures just hours before the president was scheduled to campaign there ahead of the state's Senate runoffs. The majority opinion was written by Chief Judge William Pryor, who is considered one of the most conservative George W. Bush appointees on the appellate bench.

There isn’t a shred of doubt to me that Biden won. Trump and his allies have not been able to produce ANY evidence to back up their ridiculous claims. The recounts failed. The lawsuits failed. The votes have been certified. The AZ GOP now calling for Trump supporters to fight and die for the cause?

In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.
Re: 2020 Election Thread
Did you read this? The Texas AG is suing because states (not Texas) supporter citizens by sending them ballots during a pandemic. So he is suing to reducing legal voting. This is disenfranchisement. Why would you not want every single eligible voter to vote? We do live in a democratic republic, correct?bIGDRAWLS0072 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 08, 2020 9:10 amhttps://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/ne ... ction-laws
Re: 2020 Election Thread
This is a nice summary of the situation. Trump supporters would ask you to believe in a conspiracy involving a gigantic swath of people all acting in concert to bring Trump down, including many Trump appointees, elected Republicans in both the national and state/local legislatures, all working together in concert to form the largest conspiracy in our history. They did all of this so expertly and covered their tracks to leave absolutely no evidence. It's magic! And yet they did it only to help Biden, leaving the Dems to actually lose ground in the House and state governments, for some reason. And the judges are all in on it too, therefore all these court cases are getting thrown out. It's a huge conspiracy! With no evidence whatsoever! Everyone is in on it! Here's a link from libtardsarepoopy.com with a grainy video by Sebastian Gorka that cracks the whole case.Indy wrote: ↑Tue Dec 08, 2020 6:58 amThe 'conspiracy' that people are sharing on line is crazy. Yes. I do. And I believe in my heart and soul that Trump is a conman that cares only about himself. He's put Covid and other actual issues facing Americans in the backburner while using his loss as a means to suck funds from his base to "fight" the election results. Nearly $300 million at this point that he's going to ultimately end up pocketing along with his cronies. I feel bad Drawls that you feel so disenfranchised, whether it from your business or other means, that you've fallen victim to buying into these crazy conspiracies and the misinformation without ANY evidence Trump and the lot continue to spew.bIGDRAWLS0072 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 08, 2020 2:58 amDo you truly believe in your heart and soul that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump in a fair election is my question to all of you?

Re: 2020 Election Thread
Dominion machines were seized. Equal number of Trump and Biden votes were forensically analyzed. However, the machines reported 87% for Trump and 113% for Biden. Should be 100% for both.

But did such a forensic test even occur? The chief election officer in Ware County told Lead Stories the claim is "100% fake." No machines were sequestered and no test run was conducted, Elections Supervisor Carlos Nelson said. Lead Stories, which is one of Facebook's official fact-checkers, also says an unnamed but high-ranking official with the Georgia secretary of state's office also confirmed the report was erroneous.

Re: 2020 Election Thread
It's simple. If they don't keep spewing "CONSPIRACY AND FRAUD" over and over on Twitter and in the media, they won't get more donations from their rabid base. $300 million isn't how much Guliani's legal fees are so the majority of that money has to go somewhere. This "fight to legitimize the votes" doesn't cost anywhere near the amount of money pouring in from donations. They can scream FIRE all they want on Twitter and elsewhere and then have absolutely no evidence in the court room and continue to get cases thrown out behind closed doors as long as they pretend to be outraged so their base keeps sending them money.
It's sad that people are being completely duped through all of this when the reality is right in front of our faces. This is a massive con job to get a bunch of people that will believe anything out of the Trump administration and his own mouth as gospel, regardless of actual credible evidence shown the public and completely lacking in the courtroom.
If they don't continue the theatrics, that's the end of the cash flow.
