Pretty much.Wally_West wrote: ↑Sun Mar 21, 2021 7:54 pmFeels like a game where it’s going to be frustratingly close for most of the game with Suns finally destroying them in the 4th.

Yeah, it was on Ayton’s strong throw down.

Like we’ve been trying to preach to you guys. Patience.Wally_West wrote: ↑Sun Mar 21, 2021 9:31 pmWe should trade him for McGee now. His value won’t be higher. Maybe throw in a protected 1st rounded to get it done.

Out rebounded by Paul and Booker...Trade him for an Alex Len/Robin Lopez package...
In all seriousness, this is why we are so frustrated. Ayton can do this every game. Maybe not 10/13 and 26 points. And yes, Harrell is an awful defender, so that helped, but he can be this engaged. Some of that is on Monty, CP3, and Book, but Ayton needs to stay engaged even when the offense isn’t flowing through him. Crash the glass, run in transition, stay active defensively. Tonight was promising.

I know Lebron and Davis will probably be healthy again in time for the playoffs. But man, if the Lakers aren't healthy? The title is up for grabs. Any Western team could have a shot at the Finals.

These 10pm starts are killing me, fell asleep in the 2nd qtr so missed most of this one. Glad to see DA with a strong scoring game but need to see if he builds on this or if this is another tease game. I do think he's hit a wall the past 2-3 weeks so maybe he's bouncing back now, but he was also going against smaller, not so great defenders in Morris and Harrell. The inside chippies are easy for him with his size and touch but he needs to show this against top competition and not just when it's "easy" for him.
Not too much from the bench and luckily we didn't need them too much with our starters rolling. Dario's definitely hit the wall and it's something to watch for heading down the stretch as he and DA are our only real rotational bigs at the moment. Thought Cam looked good from what I saw, he's just a smooth player and adds a steadiness to the 2nd unit. Solid on both ends, doesn't get overzealous the way Nader can in that role.
I liked the minutes distribution as well with the starters around 32 minutes and Dario and the Cams at 15-18. Nader played 10, Gallo saw 8 so that 9th sub looks like a game-by-game decision.
Also, so far in March Jae has started 5 of 7 games and is hitting 50% of his 3s.

The new guy looked pretty good when he was in.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

EJ talked like it’s an auto tech, but CP3’s comments after the game made it seem like he disagreed with it.

Guess it shows where the league is at now. 120 is becoming the new 100.

The worst. You just knew the 8pm game would be super close or heading to OT.
