Good question. Coro thought he would be activated and would be part of the rotation if IT was out. It was not the case.
Indeed! And there was just recently that article with Hornacek talking up the improvement Ennis had made :(

I just get a little worried some times about Warren, Goodwin and Ennis gathering dust on the pine and what is the best way to develop them

Not much bashing in this thread, just observations about his terrible 1st half play.
I loved his passes to Len (not the first time). The dumb mistakes like fouling shooters deserve criticism, but I didn't have the impression that he was harming us with his play in the first half.

FYI, Gerald wants to be known as Game Green due to his missing finger. :D
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Collective effort.

Gerald Green's awesomeness outdid his low IQ-induced mistakes this time. He won the game for us with that crazy three and the lob with 7 minutes left. Devastating. Don't be stupid, but pay to keep him during his prime.

Anyway, savoring evolution from Len is nice.

Bledsoe had maybe his best game of the season. Second straight (borderline) allstar PG he locked down. Lawson's torture only ceased when Dragic or Green were on him. Oh, if you are wondering why Gerald Green is burdened with what to him is the inhuman task of defending Ty Lawson, the answer is because the alternative was Goran.

Kieff again doing his thing. The guy has a go to move and this game he added toughness and even some defense.

Funny world: there are many defenders who shoot worse than Marcus, but there are also many shooters that are worse defenders. PJ Tucker is making somewhat the opposite journey (and he is somewhat prone too to #justTuckerThings). His defense is made of a high percent of reputation right now. Get in shape and do it fast, you are heavier than at the start of the season.

Dragic had a much needed productive game offensively. The team is not winning that much or playing that well that you can't look at your stats and his needed a bump. Let's remember that this is his contract year after all. He could have a 30+ soon, but must have more explosiveness driving and around the rim.

Some decency by Plumlee protecting the rim, but weak hands still. Len's emergence could be the spark he needed. Refs still hate him too.

Overall maybe the most enjoyable game of the season (SAS too). Basically everything worked the way it should. The Nuggets are not exactly juggernauts but had won games in a row to get back to 50%, although this was the last game of their road trip, I believe. Pleased nevertheless.

For those interested, I just noticed this on the sidebar - Nuggets at Suns from January 17, 1995 :

I am enjoying this Suns team. They are weak in some areas, but then again almost every team has weak spots. We wanted to rebuild with young guys and we did. I expected to be one of the worst teams last year, but they were one game from the playoffs. I expect more this year and I am getting it. Len has improved and is looking like he might just be our center of the future.

We talked about having three good point guards and some thought it was too much. Not enough minutes to make everybody happy and then IT is out for a game and Bledsoe falls and agravates his hip and all of the sudden you can be down to one PG in one night. I still say holding on to all three is going to be a blessing this year. All this trade talk is par for the course here, but I just ignore it because it's just silly. Why would they go to the trouble of getting these guys just to trade them a few games into the season? Maybe if the experiment totally failed and we were sitting at 0-12 or something, but we aren't. This is the Suns team for the year most likely, so why the hurry to trade everybody on the team all season every year year after year? I just don't get it. Let them grow together and just sit back and enjoy it.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

I think Ennis can play now. I'd trade IT for Taj Gibson or Nikola Mirotic right now.

I don't think Chicago would though.
Love, Hurts.
