I wonder if there's ever been a shorter lineup on the floor in the modern era.

I thought Len played really well. His shot was falling. And despite the final numbers, he did a respectable job on Jefferson in the 3rd quarter. Then he came out for Plumlee with 2 minutes left in the 3rd and never came back in. Plumlee played the last 14 minutes in a row. Curious.

Suns were down the whole game, one time by as many as 17 points. The Suns took their first lead at about 1:33 left in the 4th quarter. The Suns broke Lawler's Law tonight, by the way. Charlotte was up 102-99 with 5 minutes and change left in the game.

Commissioner Adam Silver was in attendance. Markieff got ejected after his 2nd technical with 3:50 left to play.

Yeah, the jumper was really falling for Len tonight. I'd like to see him add some strong moves to the hoop to his arsenal. He's too big to be only a jump shooter. How about getting some tutelage with Jabbar and developing a sky hook for him?

Thought it made sense not to play Alex in crunch time, as that's where his youthful mistakes become much less tolerable.

How about that pass to IT for 3, though? That and the shooting. He's finding himself. And he stopped Al repeatedly in the third. Also, does he look bigger to anyone else?

Agreed about Len. Honestly, despite how weak he still is and how far he has to come, if we had third quarter Len most nights, he might be our best center of the last 30 years.

And it was very strange to not see him again last night. I kept screaming for him.

A win is a win is a win. I'll take it if it stops the bleeding of our losing streak. The guys need some confidence and positive energy right now. And I'm glad to see Dragic have a strong game.

Without looking anything up, and just based on my feelings of late, it seems to me like he is back (and has been for a couple weeks). I just get the sense it has been overshadowed by an awful 6 game losing streak.

Yeah, he's been much better after his slow start. Still not the half court penetrator he was last year, but his shot is back, and is still deadly in the open court.

Yeah, I do agree that it seems like Dragic has improved noticeably from where he was at the start of the season. Man, I will be really bummed out if we just let the guy leave to a team like Houston this offseason. What a big fail that would be.

I hope that's not the case. Makes no sense letting him go for nothing.

About the game, finally got to watch it. Despite not looking attractive in theory, and after the pile of losees, this was plenty interesting.

The players have not quit, that's a relief. This is an important win, above all the way it came, after being down almost by 20.

Damned ultra small ball lineup actually worked. The 3PGs and Green-Tucker brought the Suns back from that 17 point hole.

Defensive intensity showed up finally for the first time since who knows when. Those five played like rabid dogs. Chaos.

Dragic grabbing offensive rebounds and scoring in the post with his classic big man footwork. Also a couple of very nice penetrations to finish the half, one served by Bledsoe and the other a one on one to basically beat the buzzer.

Tucker pushing around and forcing his way and playing stretch forward on offense, block on D... maybe there's something here. A Chuck Hayes of sorts.

Green focused. IT3 integrated. Believe or not there was actual circulation amid that chaos and a number of extra passes.

Thanks to that at halftime there's was a game, just 7 points down.

Jefferson was scoring a lot but the one on one defense was not bad.He just kept scoring circus finger rolls and midrange shots and only the latter were avoidable.

Yeah, the way Jefferson was scoring was just crazy. He is extremely talented offensively, considering he can only jump about 10 inches off the ground.

I thought disaster was going to strike again. Then I had to remind myself that the Hornets have had a habit all year long of not playing a full 48 minutes and there's a chance the Suns can come back and win.

I'm damn glad they did. 8-)
