Phx-Suns.Net Trade Speculation 2014-2015

Post by Danimal »

I thought there was going to be a trade thread, so sorry for dumping this here. But anyone interested in some Mason Plumlee. I know more brother stuff but I don't mind having a young front line of Len and the Plumlees. Seems the nets are trying to shed D Will, so maybe they would like one of our pg's?

Don't think the Nets are interested in losing Plumlee. But I think there are a lot of good young players we could nab if we were willing to part with Bled or Goran. But it seems to me the plan is just to hoard, hoard, hoard. And if that's the case, you'd think it's Goran who has to go, simply because he's not under contract.

I don't know what you're talking about. You started it. :P

I wouldn't mind Teletovic depending on what it would cost. He shot 39% from 3 last year, but he's down about 6% while shooting a bit better from the field and scoring more points. He is 29 years old though which would instantly make him the Suns second oldest player behind Shav & tied with Tucker and Tolliver.
Go Suns!

I'd like to see us continue to roll with Shav as the backup 4.

The Nets were not interested in trading him even if it meant dumping D-Will's albatross. That's what the Kings were demanding for taking Williams and they were rejected. They see him as a key part of their future.

Nets really like Plumlee and want to keep him. Btw. The Nets are the poster children for how NOT to build a team. Spend willy nilly on high priced vets. Trade your future assets for over the hill stars. Hire a super young coach right off of a playing roster.
