Not the most impressive win, but a win is a win.

3-0 over the Lakers this year. That wasn't the plan...
We were supposed to go 78-4 this year, with all 4 losses to the Lakers.

I'll say it's very rare a team shoots 60% on 20 3point attempts and loses. So good job Suns I guess. We out rebounded them 45-35 which was good. I thought pulling Len for IT in the 4th would not be good but it was the decisive coaching move that won it.
Bledsoe follows his trip-double up with 22/8/8. I like it though he could be more efficient shooting the ball.
Markieff had a great second half. That basket on SwaggyP was money.
This is how I'd like to see IT's game go... shoot about 10 times, get to the FT line, hit a few 3s score around 15 points.

Len's defensive rebounding looks much improved lately.

Great play by pretty much everyone except Gerald Green. Oh how I wish we could trade him to get Gerald Dudley back.
2-10 and a turnover.

Jared went 11-11 the other night. First time a player did that while making three 3-pointers in NBA history.

btw - GREAT play by Alex len tonight. Really set tone in the paint early and altered a lot of shots.

Why not play Zoran or Warren?specialsauce wrote:For the love of God, take Green out. He sucks tonight.
Bringing the ball up the court. Missing shots. He just missed a dunk over Sacre and sat there and pouted while the rest of the team hustled back in transition. Yank him PLEASE.

Kieff was clutch in the 4th like he's been all season long.OE32 wrote:Len playing very well. Bledsoe playing well. Dragic picking it up in the 3rd. Bad game for Kieff. PJ is also in the starting lineup.
That's how I see things.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

It looks like there having fun again. EB has been smiling alot more lately and it looks like Dragic has been as well. I dunno what happened on that east trip, but it seems to have brought out the best in them.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

Gerald Green is who he is. Either really hot or really cold. We all hate it when he is cold, but he can also just completely shred teams when he is hot. It's the coaches job to pull him when he is cold and to leave him in when he is hot. For me teams are made up of many different parts and having a Gerald Green is a potent weapon to have and another different tool for Hornecek to use. Sure he has his "emotional" side which can be a detriment sometimes, but I am glad we have him. All players have their flaws.
Markieff trying to catch his brother in techs. Watch them end up with the same number of techs at the end of the year.
At one point in the fourth quarter I think it was we had Plumlee and Len on the court at the same time. That was a different lineup than usual, then right into small ball. Hornecek mixing things up a bit.
i am really enjoying the three good point guard thing.
The biggest difference in this streak imo is Len starting. They are actively trying to get him the ball more and our assists are starting to rise, which means to me we are starting to play more as a team than 5 one on one players. Len is definitely a presence that bothers teams in the paint and he isn't picking up silly fouls as much.

In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

Yup. And he seems to be playing consistently when given consistent minutes. Go figure!Nodack wrote:Gerald Green is who he is. Either really hot or really cold.
