No contract James Jones masterclass. He knew all along.

This going to be a big opportunity for Dario. I would still Sign Melo and have him, Dario and Craig hold down the 4 spot until you can trade for Barnes or another competent 4. My preference is still using Crowder, Dario, and Shamet for Gordon Hayward or Kevin Love.

Cam probably should’ve just took that 4/72 deal that was rumored.

People keep saying Cam is always injured, but he's only missed about 15 games per season. That's not that bad.

The issue is that when he does come back he takes a while to get in rhythm. And also he had a lot of health issues in his college years.

2 of those seasons weren't even full seasons and he's probably gonna miss more than that this year. He is quite injury prone.

Is it OK to be concerned about James Jones' (lack of an) offseason now?

I don’t think anyone has said to not be concerned…I think most, if not all of us were pretty underwhelmed.

I think people have been high on Cam. But this season I felt like watching his play he’s not gonna last. You can’t crash into the lane like that. TJ was always on his back. Cam has that sort of game too. But whatever, you can scratch this year off for him. If Jae doesn’t come sprinting back to start for us, I say that trade him to fucking China.

Waiting to see if it’s a repair or a removal still

Ugh, didn't realize he had torn his meniscus in college too. Trying to find out if it's the same knee or the other one.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Feel terrible for Cam. be probably feels pressure to play and win that big payday. But...if he goes the removal route...he could be out of the NBA in 4 years. He was an old rookie and is already 26.

Either way, that injury is going to cost him many millions.

What a douchebag…I see he’s a Portland guy…just didn’t like what he had to say about the Blazers I guess.

I hope CamJ had the meniscus repaired rather than removed. Seems like guys who have it removed end up grinding down their knees within a few years. He should look out for his long-term future and career, even if that makes him take longer to come back. I do feel for the guy that this is happening in a contract year when his team didn't agree on an extension with him and he wanted to really prove himself. Hope he gets a chance to come back later this season and show his stuff so he can still get a good deal.
