Bizzy is too small to guard Jokic. We need Ayton to step up. This is his moment. If he’s gonna prove his worth, now is the time. His future in Phoenix depends on it.

In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

If Ayton can't guard Jokic, the Suns are going fishing

I’m not trying to get Ayton to outplay Jokic. I’m trying to get him to show more effort than at least one other person on the court. Show a tiny bit of heart instead of spending all your energy on getting your offensive stats

It takes a lot of energy to post up Bruce Brown and Jeff Green.

A day later and I still don’t see a path for the Suns to slow down the Nuggets role players. I think the only hope is to somehow get it to a game 7.

They made a choice to leave Gordon open from 3…they didn’t even close out a few times. Be interesting if they do that again

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Probably not to the degree they tried it in the game 1, but I'm more worried about Gordon doing all the little stuff much better than the Suns role players. He rebounds, passes, and scores in the paint better than any of the Suns role players. The Suns have absolutely no one who can guard Porter Jr. right now. He's an entirely different player than the guy we saw two years ago.

Did he disappear or did Jamal Murray go nuclear?

I think a good start would be winning game two.

Would be a great start. I'm actually just clinging onto them not being down 3-0.

All of us are going to be rightfully pissed at Monty if he starts a one-legged Chris Paul in Game 3. Yet, if I had to put odds on it, they'd be very high...

Even if CP3 can't run, I already saw a commercial that proved that he is pretty good at speed-walking ...

Would be amazing to happen again but unfortunately just don’t think we have the pieces or the coach to do it.

Something bothering me with Ross is that he's a guy we pursued with Monty and Ishbia as a buyout candidate and now he's not playing. Not a great look. So is it Ross not fitting in or looking worthwhile in practice? Is his defense that bad?

That's too important an opportunity to miss on adding a veteran for a postseason push. And while the obvious thing is to look at Monty and wonder why he's not playing him, is it also on the FO that added him over someone else? Ross, on paper, was a better option over guys like Barton and Holiday because of his ability to score and create some offense. But that's all moot if the coach won't play him. Did the FO scouts/personnel people have any concerns with his game and defense coming over here?
