8 seed, 4 seed, 7 seed, 8 seed is a pretty funny draw though.

16-4 to win the title is really, really impressive.

They were easily the favorites once the Bucks went out and the Suns were down to Booker, KD, and a hodgepodge of 9th men.

Celtics should’ve been the favorites

I never considered the Celtics title favorites once in the past 3 months. I had the Bucks first with the Suns/Nuggets winner as second.

That's an amazing stat. I wouldn't say the Nuggets managed to avoid facing any tough opponents (particularly our Suns). But that has to be one of the most lopsided title runs ever in terms of the low seeding of the opponents.

I don't think seeding meant as much this year. Most playoff teams changed a lot over the course of the season.

Well, the Nuggets beat us to the punch of getting their first championship. Congrats to their fans. I have renewed hope that we'll get there in my lifetime. And I'm working on my longevity to increase my chances or what I saw described as doing the hard work necessary to win at the extreme sport of Aging Well.
