Multiple news outlets reported Monday that Gondrezick had informed law enforcement that Porter had struck her repeatedly with a closed fist and forcibly choked her during the altercation. However, Gondrezick has contradicted these reports, asserting that she has not provided any verbal or written statement for prosecutorial purposes.

Additionally, some reports had suggested that Gondrezick sustained a fractured vertebra in her neck as a result of the alleged assault. In response, representatives for the former WNBA player clarified that Gondrezick had not given her consent for the release of her medical records. Instead, they claimed that information regarding her injuries may have been relayed by an officer who overheard discussions among medical personnel, rather than through direct statements from the doctors treating her.
So 6th strike and he's out? Sigh...

$12M/year on average is great value for Vanderbilt and that type of contract is very useful for piecing together a larger deal.

Gets 3 more strikes to end the inning, so I'm gonna go with that.

Maybe we just don't understand their love lol.

One of my all time favorite plays in NBA history.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Two non-basketball plays. The first deserving the second. “Not sure what set Jokic off…” Are you kidding me? Both Morrii are known instigators. The Nuggets announcer then goes on to talk about their history with the Nuggets. So, he did know. I'm sure most teams have this history with the Morris Bros. And does anybody really think Markieff was that hurt from the shove? Looked like prime fútbol shenanigans to me.

The commentators are all, “You never want to see this” and “You hate to see this” and every time they say it I’m like, “Yeah, unless it’s Markieff Morris.”
“Are you crazy?! You think I’m going to go for seven years and try to get there? You enjoy the 2030 draft picks that we have holding? I want to try to see the game today.” — Ish 3/13/25

I think it's kind of cool. Might want to put some nets up though. How many balls go into the lake? I wonder about the stability too.

He's not wrong, the current NBA product is ugly to watch.

I agree with WCS, but I don't think it's because of stat hunting. I think the NBA has the refs favor the stars. The entire system is set up to create stars, because it is easier to market 20-25 players and make bank. Just look at what happened to Doncic when he stopped getting the favorable calls he's used to in the NBA.

The best NBA teams still play a very good brand of basketball. It's really the only way to win at the highest level.

And WCS was average at best in the NBA. If it makes him feel good to say this is why he's not playing in the NBA any more, good for him.

But the NBA can’t tell teams stars need to play and then also toss them out of games for whining.
