No more 4th quarter collapses please...Or 1st, 2nd or 3th as a matter of fact. Just play consistent ball for 48 minutes which I think we can manage that.
KBD vs. SGA and
KD vs. Holmgren..we have to win this matchups..
GO SUNS !!!

I really hope I’m wrong but don’t like this matchup for the Suns without Booker. Win or loss, I’d like to see us eliminate the unforced errors that cost us multiple possessions in the game against the Lakers. No silly turnovers, make them work hard on d, rebound strongly and see what happens from there.

Can't wait to see SGA foul bait for 4 quarters.

KBD could be a good matchup on him… with his length he can stay down and not bite on all his foul baiting attempts

Yes! Another game with our B Squad! Wake me up when we're healthy. Poor KD going to rupture his achilles with the load he's carrying early.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Two things I'm wondering about this game.
1- Do we have anyone actually still available that is quick and versatile enough to stay with SGA? I hear a lot of people suggesting KBD. But I worry that although he's solid and versatile, he still might not be quick or mobile enough to stay with him.
2- Is Holmgren gonna eat Nurkic alive with his speed and lateral mobility? acknowledging the flip side to that being Nurkic's weight/girth advantage if he's willing to play physical and bang down low. Crazy though, but would this be one of those outlier scenarios to consider possibly giving bol some burn situationally for more length on the perimeter and in the post?

I think Okogie and Goodwin fit the bill but obviously at lesser heights. Okogie has really been struggling with his shot though while Goodwin has been better. I hope Okogie continues to get thousands of shots up a day. He is such a fantastic defender but when he can't give us anything offensively, he's a liability.

I like the length on SGA…he very well might be too quick for KBD, but we might just have to live with that. I think SGA is too big for Grayson and Goodwin. Okogie could probably defend him well, but I don’t trust him at all on offense.

I'm taking a different approach to this pre-game prediction. We're gonna get embarrassed.

Thunder have a lot of skilled size on the perimeter with SGA, Giddey and Jalen Williams 1-3. I don't know if Vogel will be looking to switch up the starting lineup but Okogie and Goodwin would be best on SGA. Beal gives up size to all of those guys, so maybe you hide him on Dort at times? KD can handle Giddey or Dort, just trying not to overwork him defensively. KBD can handle Williams, Giddey, Dort. Maybe you just start Allen and throw him on Giddey and not overthink it?

Strange what 2 losses to both the Spurs and Lakers within the first 10 games of the season will do to one's psyche.

Now Eric Gordon is down. The catastrophe would be if KD went down with an injury at this point. Maybe losing Eric Gordon will give us a chance to give our other guards/swings more minutes. I like EG but when his shooting is off he can really hurt the team.

I think we lose this game. Just don’t got enough firepower without Book and EG….

I see conceding wide open 3-pointers is still a defensive strategy.
