I'm looking forward to Damian Lee's return, personally. Part of the problem is that guys that were supposed to be good shooters have been awful (Watanabe, KBD... Okogie and Goodwin too, but at least those two were known to be awful). I'm hopeful that Lee will provide a reliable shooter off the bench that can actually make a shot. He provides energy too, which the Suns lack, albeit he's not as effective defensively as I'd like. There all lots of other problems that are higher priority, but I do think Lee will help.
We've got good shooters that don't freaking shoot, that's the problem.

And that's truth.

That is the most cutting, honest rant I have heard yet

Just heard on the timeline pod that Grayson is extension eligible now…could get a deal up to roughly 4/75. I would do that.

Hes a no brainer at that point, Cam got 100m and Grayson is better than Cam.

Also he’d be a very tradeable asset on a good size contract, something we have only one of otherwise (nurk)

How long is he extension eligible for? There must be some type of deadline, right?

Warning: Flex news...looking for an athletic wing thru a trade, positive team meeting and interest in Biz....a lot of fluff and obvious stuff but who knows. I guess it's easy to say there's "mutual interest" but nothing imminent with Biz so he can't be wrong either way.

Nope, he can sign an extension anytime before July 1st…after July 1st it would just be a new contract and not an extension. Naz Reid did this last summer…he extended on like June 29th right before free agency.

Thanks. I'm guessing that they will take a bit of a wait and see approach at this point.

Grayson also might be in line for more and want to wait till the off-season.

Just glad we have the bird rights. He's such a good swing player, say we get a good athletic wing that can slot on the 5 and we can bring him off the bench with Gordon for extra firepower. I need that.

We're really fortunate that Nurk and Allen are both guys we can keep under contract for some years to come. If Allen were set to be a UFA that would have been a disaster given how he's played this year. At least we have a great starting lineup locked down and can fill in the bench during the offseason. We have a few bench guys under contract like Little and Okogie (I think? ESPN Trade Machine is hard to read on contract length/terms).

Grayson is an UFA this summer..but we do have his bird rights…doesn’t mean we can stop him from leaving, but we can pay him whatever we want. Little is signed for 4 years(including this year). We will have Okogie’s early bird rights, so we can give him a deal up to the MLE.

A lot of guys have player options and right now it seems they’ll pick them up as they haven’t shown to better than vet min guys(Yuta, KBD, Eubanks)

I was "offline" when dude had his cameos but the Bol stuff really is a cool development.
I had him in fantasy last season when he got some starts for the Magic, he would get the key stats 3s and blks but when I actually watch a game it was an adventure out there.

Most would say he wasn't playing winning basketball so I'm glad to see him just taking his time and focus on the lil things right now
Instead of trying to show he's a Guard every night which gave some fun highlights but also some wild turnovers n so on.

Special mention to Azibuike too who only got a couple mins last night but again he also just seems to keep it simple when he gets a chance.
AD couldn't bully ball him in his isos and that's all you can ask for that he's some kinda deterrent and gets some boards
