I think that'll settle the debate about him being significantly overpaid on that contract.
I'd bet he signs with the Lakers.

Yep, just like Ricky Rubio, Devin Booker, De’Anthony Melton, Elie Okobo, Chris Paul, Jevon Carter, and Cameron Payne made him look pretty good!

You really gonna hit us with Elie Okobo, DeAnthony Melton, and Jevon Carter?

Melton and Okobo were our starting point guard the majority of the games his rookie season, and he looked pretty good!

He looked fine and Booker was driving more of the offense than either Melton or Okobo…Ayton looked a lot better with CP3

Totally reasonable and in no way an indictment on Ayton for a team trying to make the playoffs to come to the conclusion that they’re better off giving minutes to… Hansen Yang?

Interesting that the Blazers let him go. It will be interesting to see where he ends up and how he does. Lakers does make sense after they struck out with Mark Williams.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

It will be very interesting since it’s the first time in his career that he will be able to choose whatever team he believes will be the best fit for him.

Are teams allowed to talk to him at 3 pm tomorrow or not until Wednesday? That could impact what happens.

No idea. And some of it depends on what he wants most—the most money, the most playing time, the most competitive team, the team where he will be featured the most offensively, or just the best overall fit?
A lot of factors for him to consider.
