Fun fact, Suns lost the Durant trade with the Nets. Bigly.

There is NO denying that one. We went from a fun team with a future to a dysfunctional one with a lot of frustration. Thankfully, we are back to closer to what we were before the trade.

I realize that Sidery is a trash source. But regardless I do think Melton would be useful with his effort and defense.

Another guy the Suns had that we let go.

I think we'll take a look at Ryan Rollins after Beal is bought out.

So, what do you all think? Is this the last week of the Bradley Beal saga? Does it end this week?

Or as The Extra Point calls it, Beal or No Beal?

Here’s 15 minutes on it:

Actually, it’s only about 5 minutes and the rest on other stuff.

I’ve already been wrong multiple times, but I’m saying it happens tomorrow.

The Dame buyout makes me think we are about to buy out Beal. Because it shows our FO that that is a thing that teams do, that it is normal to pay a guy $100m to go away. I won't be happy if we buy him out, but I guess it will provide closure if nothing else. Pretty shocking that we will have traded one of our "Big 3" for two bozos and some 2nds, and we paid the other one $100m to leave.

Dame is different than Beal. Dame can't play for all of next season. Be prepared for Beal to be with the Suns, and playing, at the start of the season.

Absolutely. Waive and stretch makes no sense for us. MIL is a different story because they still have Giannis and they had an agreement with Turner, so they can fool themselves into some hopium. But we don't have that luxury. We are in for two years in purgatory where we must aim to develop youth (good progress here, personally I allow myself to be cautiously optimistic), creating a healthy culture (remains to be seen under the new regime), putting a premium on sensible cap management (also a question mark) and positioning ourselves to be major players when the effects of the Durant-Beal clusterfuck are over. Ideally, in two years, you have Booker still in his prime, good starters/rotation pieces (the kids) and cap space to go for another difference maker.

Beal is the only way out of the 2nd apron…unless a miracle trade occurs, he’s getting waived and stretched, so prepare yourself now

You can still find takers for Allen, Royce and Richards. The new players added make them disposable at best, redundant at worst. I gotta believe you can find teams willing to provide cap flexibility and modest assets (second rounders) for each.

And if Beal is gone, it better be a regular buyout where he leaves salary on the table in exchange for his freedom. Otherwise, keep him.

Just stretch Grayson if you have to. Would be much better than the cap hit from Beal.
