Saw Kerr and Draymond got into it.. curious if the W’s are going to move him and at what cost. He’s also went to MSU… as a bonus 😂. Him and brooks on the same team, man that’d be nuts.

I don't want that asshole on my team. And that was in a blowout win.
The Ws went on a big run right after Dray was kicked. It's almost like they play better without him. He was worth the headache 10 years ago, but he sure isn't now.
Yep, same thing happened when he was ejected against us.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

If you want Draymond on the Suns, I encourage you to go watch some Warriors games. I like some things about his game, but these days he is mostly cooked and not worth the price.

Jordan Ott just achieved the unthinkable in beatdown of the Lakers
Just keeps on proving he is for real.
https://valleyofthesuns.com/jordan-ott- ... -of-lakers
Coach Ott now sitting on 16 wins, with Vogel having 14 and Budenholzer 15 at this point in their single year tenures. That might not seem like much, but consider how different both the rosters and expectations were.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

We need to give Bouyea a real contract now…throw in an option for next season while we’re at it.

Yes, Booyea has been a real find; would be wise to lock him down for 1+ seasons. The emergence of Booyea, and his general similarity to a poor man's Barbosa, got me thinking: How many guys on the current roster remind you of a past Sun? Here's my own quick list:

Collin Gillespie: Goran Dragic
Jamaree Booyea: Leandro Barbosa
Royce O'Neale: Quentin Richardson
Oso Ighodaro: Boris Diaw

Who did I forget?

Felt like there was a thread a few weeks back where we were talking about the upcoming stretch of games and how it would be the real test. I'd say we did well overall at 7-7, getting some good wins and close Ls. The big Ls to the Thunder, Nuggets and Rockets are to be expected. I think we should've been 9-5 but we blew the Lakers and Ws games. Still, we mostly hung with the league's best and aren't a fluke team.

Ya Bouyea does remind me a bit of Barbosa. Royce/QRich is good too. Just need to make Collin Nash and we are on our way to building the 7 seconds or less suns with defense and Booker. Need Dunn or Fleming to turn into Marion.

Yeah if you'd given me the offer of going 7-7 in that stretch, I would have happily taken it, no hesitation. This was probably the toughest stretch of the season for us, and we weathered it. As you say, we showed we are no fluke. Proud of our guys!

Bouyea’s been great and I agree he’s deserving of a standard deal, but how many 6-4 and under players can we reasonably have in our rotation (while not stunting the growth of some of our prospects)?

I see him more as a non rotation guy when we are completely healthy. I’m starting to be more open to moving Grayson. He’s been hurt/ineffective lately and it really hasn’t hurt us.

I was quite young at the time so I don’t know his game as well, but Collin reminds me a bit of Mark Price, the way he shoots.

I get that. I think maybe this is my optimism talking rather than the rational side. I think if he were moved, he would realize that his antics will need to stop, or at least be reigned back some. And he won’t feel like the OG on this squad where he can just open his mouth and say whatever comes out. Or maybe he will, as he is Draymond still, but that’s the point of my optimism I suppose. I do think that as a playmaking four who doesn’t have to defend the opposition’s best player night in and night out he can be a net positive on this team. It’s all theoretical tho, never gonna happen, even if for salary reasons alone.
