Thank you Book for the clutch jumpers
Not sure what the refs were looking at just now with Zion hand checking blatantly at mid court
Crazy stuff

Throwing hands is gonna get you...what?Wally_West wrote: ↑Sat Dec 27, 2025 7:04 pmIt’s cuz Williams threw hands too, it is what it is. Don’t think he’s going to get suspended or anything but throwing hands is always going to get you ejaculated. I get it tho, cuz u can’t let some little dude punk you when you a big guy.

Book hits a critical 3 that was heavily contested, the only way he can hit a 3 I guess lolWally_West wrote: ↑Sat Dec 27, 2025 7:15 pmTeams just lag off on Book 3s now. Sad state of affairs on that. Just keep getting down hill and live off your middies my guy.

Solid win. Especially after the ejaculations, we could’ve just went limp, last year’s team would’ve, but we stayed hard and won the day.

Why does Grayson Allen keep missing so many games?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Here's the clip of the beautiful Fleming block that criminally got called as a foul.

Apparently, he's made of glass despite his tough looking exterior.

There was one final swing by Williams that I’m sure is why he was ejected. Alvarado was being held, Williams was clear, and he threw one last swing in there. Without that I could see them letting him go with just 1 tech. He probably gets a suspension for the same swing…

Yeah it looks like a swing because the midget is hanging on to him and he’s just trying to get him off of him. He’s just pushing down, but he hits face when he does. NBA doesn’t understand justice (see Amare and Diaw suspensions) so they’ll suspend him too. Dillon will offer to pay his fine.

Kinda halfwatched this one but we seemed much more in control of the game than on Friday. Book hit some big shots late but this was a game where everyone really contributed. CG carried us in the 1st half, then Bouyea, Goodwin, Fleming gave us some good minutes in the 2nd half. Good to see Livers out there again and he had a nice block in transition against Fears I think.
Generally it's just good to see us handling our business against the teams we should be beating. The schedule's softening up a bit so we need to take advantage.

Not much of a fight there.
Williams will probably get a one-game suspension, their next back-to-back in Jan 5-6, so maybe he can appeal and drag it out until then and just take a game off that he would anyway.

I was only able to watch pieces and parts of this one but I followed it on my phone during family plans. Loved seeing the balanced effort with 7 guys in double-figures scoring. I am always happy when it isn't just the Booker show; he needs more consistent help. I feel like we are starting to have a bitter rivalry with the Pelicans where each team really dislikes the other and wants to beat and talk smack to the other. But it's a one-sided rivalry where we stomp them every time, kind of like the Lakers/Kings rivalry where LA barely thinks about the wimpy Kangs at all.
It makes sense that they tossed Williams as well as Avocado. Williams didn't start the fracas and was mostly just holding his ground and defending himself, but he did throw what looks like a punch, so you have to toss him. Probably get 1 game suspension, too; sucks but that's how they treat these rules, they don't mess around when it comes to fights and punches.
Anybody know what happened to Gillespie? Is he hurt? Going to miss any time?

Yeah, he threw a bad pass that Fears intercepted but then chased him down and blocked his layup attempt LeBron Finals style.

Nothing happened to Gillespie. I don't know what you are referring to.
