Cmon, Book, look ahead when running
Re: Game Day: Suns (27-17) @ Hawks (21-25), Fri 1/23/25
Book bad ankle sprain, went down and stayed down for a while. Limped off to the lockerroom.

Brooks has shot 0-10 so far in the 2nd half.

That Hawks arena is cursed.
Re: Game Day: Suns (27-17) @ Hawks (21-25), Fri 1/23/25
Well, that sucked! We go in fully healthy and leave with a loss and our top two players injured. Not only that, we had our biggest lead when Book went out.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

He's really been a detriment lately. Especially in crunch time.

In his defense, nobody was shooting the shit out of the ball
Re: Game Day: Suns (27-17) @ Hawks (21-25), Fri 1/23/25
He had to come back down to earth. He was shooting it too well the first half of the season.
Feels like it had to be this way. We've been consistently good and relatively healthy, just slid into the 5th spot and now we'll be without our 2 best offensive players for who knows how long.

Cmon, I know the Suns are not exactly famous for good luck, but this are getting ridiculous

There was no way we were winning that after both of those injuries. You could feel it the moment Book went down.
