Cmon, I know the Suns are not exactly famous for good luck, but this are getting ridiculous
God just being blatant with his distain the suns franchise these days. You couldn’t script it any worse than moving to 5th and then better take out their best two players in the same fucking game. Sadly as a long time suns fans, when things start going well you know something like this is just around the corner. Light booing.

Also I know ham strings are tricky but is a member of the medical staff about to get their ass fired. Not sure ownership can tolerate 2x reinjury on 2nd game back. I guess jalen knows the rehab program already.

You have to really question the thinking if the medical staff cleared him but he was that fragile. He really didn't overexert or overstretch himself that much on the relevant play. Just kind of a layup, not really much contact or awkward body motion. He lands, and then, uh oh. As you say, hamstrings are tricky, but he shouldn't be out there if his leg is still that tight and fragile that it can be reinjured that easily.

I think he went for the layup because the hamstring tightened after the dribble.

But I can't remember the last time I feel so depressed after a game.

We're going to wind up losing him for the season and Booker for a while to boot. It was fun while it lasted, fellas.
Go Suns!

Man I'm so bummed
This was a real rough night. I'm just :? :?

I actually stopped watching Live at the start of the 3rd when we went down double digits. Got something to eat and tuned back in to resume watching on Playback

That 3rd quarter run with the crazy hustle on D finally got me to smile and then Devin literally hurt his ankle the next trip. Those few minutes were unreal play from the guys then for that to happen

As others have said
Our luck really can't be that badd

Real gut punch this one

I wrote up a whole post about Booker and the injury and the site decided to log me out and not save it, so you guys missed out haha:

The TLDR: unfortunate timing as Suns were playing so good when the injury hit. And that 4th showed how important Book is as the offense was rough.

Brooks has shot 0-10 so far in the 2nd half.
I like the attitude Brooks has infused into the team, but, for the love of Jehovah, he's not a guy I trust in the fourth quarter.
He forces shots and makes bad decisions.
A fun team to watch again. A trade or two away from being a serious contender...

They weren't even good look misses. They were terrible attempts with the defender all over him and spinning fadeaways that didn't even draw iron.

Not a fan of this Brooks these last 2 weeks.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

It’s like the minute Ishbia said he’s not getting traded he thought he could go out there and do no harm. Pffft wonder if Ishbia still feels that way now? lol

I have never fully bought into the Dillon Brooks hype. I appreciate that he's been really good for us so far this year, but IMO it's always been fool's gold. We would never be able to depend on him in the playoffs or big games consistently. And I think his energy and antics can start to wear thin after a while. I don't think he's as bad as this current slump but I also don't think he's as good as he was before that.

I was disappointed that Ishbia chose to speak up and insist that we weren't trading him. The owner should stay out of things like that. If another team called us and tried to bowl us over with a huge offer for Dillon, we should absolutely consider it. This year's team has been a great story, but they aren't good enough to win a title, and certainly not good enough that we should resist legitimate opportunities to get better.

Well, good thing we have two healthy starter quality guards plus a good backup. I suspect the Suns will do pretty well against poor competition still.

Ah, a few bad games and here they come...
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.
