Not a bad deal for either side.
Goodwin earned it.

What a great deal for an amazing player that plays far bigger than his size.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Excellent deal for us. I was willing to go 3/30.

Credit: I think carey scooped me on this news in the other thread. But I thought it merited its own thread in keeping with the pattern we started with Gillespie's signing. Happy for Goodie to be around next year. I worry a little about regression to the mean, but the contract is very cheap and reasonable, so it seems low-risk to me.

Good deal, I think every good team needs a guy like him in some form. He complements our other guards well and reinforces the identity we carved out this past season.

Re: Jordan Goodwin re-signs
Goodwin's per minutes numbers were pretty much on the nose for his career numbers - his 3Pt% was a little better and his FT% was a little worse but everything else was eerily close to his career numbers.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 1:26 pmCredit: I think carey scooped me on this news in the other thread.
